Scott is the man at this Verizon store. I had a problem and he jumped right on it and had me back going in under 5 minutes. Best experience I’ve had in that store in along time. He is definitely a valuable employee. Keep up the great work Scott.

Absolutely one of the biggest waste of space in this town! We have been there 3 times and each time no one there is able to provide any assistance! Verizon store in milledgeville absolutely sucks completely. No techs work in the store so impossible to get service to fix any issues with my phone. Can’t transfer data from old phone to new phone after 5pm. Well how am I supposed to get it transferred then? Completely unprofessional. .

Supposedly the widest network in the country. That may be true, but I rarely have more than one bar unless I’m in a big city. If you rarely use cellular for data, this might be a good choice for you. If you’re in Baldwin County and you need to use cellular for data, this will frustrate you. Unfortunately, I don’t think the competition is much better. Before you choose a cellular provider in Baldwin county, check the coverage in the area where you use cellular the most.

It's frustrating when no one seems to be able to answer your questions or you always end up having to call someone. Then you only get people who didn't grow up speaking English. I want to speak to someone in this country that I can understand. That's why I go all the way to the actual Verizon store. Only to be told to "call this number".

Our representative did an amazing job. He switched my husbands service and got him hooked up with a new iphone. He was extremely helpful and very nice. Thanks so much to the Milledgeville store Rep who helped us last Tuesday morning.

What a terrible experience. Everything was fine during the selling part. But when I questioned how my phone was set up the fangs came out. In addition during a visit one angry customer got their mother in speaker phone and the argument between the manager and the customer was aired all over the store. The assistant manager walked away from me during my asking of questions. Please if u value your sanity and integrity do not shop there. They do not appreciate customers who are spending hundreds of hard earned money

Bri greeted me and quickly got me on the waiting list ! Phoenix then assisted me with a problem that I had with a tablet for over a month now that couldn’t be solved over the phone with several representatives and 3 replacements , Bri also would consistently check in to make sure everything was okay . They both were very friendly , attentive, professional and Patient especially with being a problem and not a sale I received great customer service from my arrival until I left ! Thank you again ladies

Went in to the Milledgeville store and Briana Clark immediately asked what I needed. I was trying to sync my watch to my phone. There were some difficulties so she called their customer support. While on the phone with the agent she helped another customer with his tablet cover, a lady with issues of syncing phone to car navigation and another trying to transfer data from one phone to another. She masterfully helped everyone at the same time without missing a beat. It was so refreshing seeing a young person who can multi-task and be pleasant and helpful. Hands down the best work ethic of any customer service personnel I have seen. Great Job Briana!!

Would give zero if I could. This store used to be helpful but not anymore. There were three employees and we were the only customers. The only one to even speak to us, made it very clear he would not help us, wouldn't even answer any question regarding phones beyond saying they were not in stick but could be ordered
