The store and its employees are helpful and polite enough but the pharmacy is atrocious! The customer service is beyond appalling and this isn't just one occasion... it's every 3 months i go to get meds which isn't that often...The girls are unbelievably rude and i've even been hung up on more than once...everyone uses walgreens for convenience but these cumulative experiences are forcing me to send my medications to a new pharmacy! Save yourself the trouble and do the same!

Sat in the drive-through of the pharmacy for 20 minutes and was being skipped for the lane next to me and they let five people in front of me so then I decided to come inside and then they said that the lane I was in wasn't being operated but there was absolutely no sign outside that said that. Completely disrespectful employees. Will be transferring all my prescriptions.

These employees are like machines with no human emotions. My prescriptions arrive the 19th & they tell me I can't pick them up until the 23rd. The 23rd comes & they don't have my medication. Now they say it may come on the truck today. IF these employees were mine in Florida I would hire everyone including the pharmacist! These employees aren't human. They are trained machines with no human emotions involved. No medicine, No were not going to give you a couple to hold you over. Walgreens had my Prescription for 5 days. Means they had 5 days to fill it. They made a choice to wait till they had no medication to tell me they could not fill both my prescriptions. This is why Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs will make Walgreens irreverent. If you want no hassle, cheap medication, screw Walgreens! Google Mark Cuban Drugs Plus Cost. They mail it to your front door. These people @ Walgreens don't care about you. Take your business elsewhere

Wife had covid test appointment at 1pm. Arrived to backed up drive thru lime at 12:55. Waited in line until 1:15. Attendant told us we need to come back at 2pm because they needed to go to lunch and if we didn't leave, they were going to call the police. Attendant stated it was the decision of the pharmacist on duty - Viral Bhatt. If you don't like your job...find another line of work.

I needed to get my second dose of the vaccine. I booked an appointment and checked in by 1, at 1:30 the pharmacist said sorry we will have to do it after 2 because we have lunch. I understand a lunch break but she was very rude and was clearly not trained in customer service. This is the worst walgreens pharmacy I have been to.

If you don’t need prescriptions within a day, don’t bother going here. They cannot fill a prescription on the day it is placed. Horrible service.

just dont plan on getting your prescription field takes all day long. if you get out the Dr late go ahead and know you won't be getting it til the following day. I swear Walgreens and cvs compete to see who can be the worst pharmacy in town ?

Milledgeville location pharmacy not enough personal to give coronavirus shots and fill prescriptions. Prescriptions are second priority. Important prescriptions called in by Dr was told evening they don't have item for another two days no help locating it either. Twice in a month this happened. Not friendly

The pharmacy tech, Ginny, needs some training in customer service and the pharmacy team needs some more employees because they seem very stressed and overworked. From the moment we arrived she barked at customers, rarely made eye contact, and generally acted like we were inconveniencing her. I seldom post reviews but hope someone will help her as she is an efficient employee, just rude and abrupt.

The photo department's service is outstanding. I placed a large order of Christmas cards, and they were ready shortly after the store opened the next morning--3 days earlier than promised. They also have great coupons.

I use to bring my prescriptions in the day they were due to get them refilled and I kept running in to the issue of the medication not being on hand so I would have to wait a week (with none of the medication I need) in order for the shipment to come in. I decided to combat this by bringing in my prescription a week before it is due in order to give the workers here ample time to make sure the shipment is in and then refill it. And somehow every single time I come to get my medication it is not ready. Sometimes they have misplaced it and have to find it and we are faced with the same problem of it not being in stock. Most the time I wait 30 minutes- an hour for them to get around to refilling my medication. I try to ask them what I can do to prevent this and usually they just shrug and apologize but this is a continuous problem. I have tried to work with them to fix this problem so that I can come and pick up my prescription on time but nothing changes.

Well, because their rival was out of the regular Flu vaccine :-o , I ended up coming here. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a CSR walking towards the register from a side aisle. And, when I got to the Pharmacy, I was waited on immediately. I gave the tech my D/L and information about needing a Flu shot. Luckily, they had it in stock, and I was able to get it. However, what I don't understand, is I gave all the pertinent information at the desk, but the paperwork, only had my DoB and Gender pre-filled. After a couple of minutes, the Pharmacist called me, and said to walk down the aisle to the Paient Room (very easy to miss, as it's in an alcove). I got the shot, and was on my way. Though, since I had to pay cash, it was $40.99! Quite a bit more than what I paid 2 years ago.
