I WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS. The most incompetent, RUDE, ignorant, and emotionless group of pharmacists I have EVER seen. I don’t see how this pharmacy remains open with the mess that they are. For one, every time I go in there there’s a new pharmacist, never ever do any of them show ONE SINGLE OUNCE OF COMPASSION. Guess they don’t teach that in pharmacy school. I warn everyone of this place. I happily drive to Macon now for all of my meds and am treated like a human being at Scott’s Pharmacy in Macon, which is a family owned pharmacy. The pharmacy department staff here is very nice and helpful, but it takes them forever to pick up the phone. They pick up and then put you back on hold. I just called and have literally been on hold for over 16 minutes and haven't talked to anyone yet. No one even bothered to pick up and say "Hey, we will be right with you". Maybe it's just me, but that is the least you could do, backed up or not. I will be switching pharmacies; it is just unacceptable, and this is not the 1st time I have ran into this problem at this location.

Not satisfied with service, the pharmacist was a joke. I went by 12hrs after the prescription was called in and it was not filled. I was then told If I waited 20 mins he would have it ready, so I said I will just come by first thing in the morning. Came back the next morning to be told it is still not filled we are out of your antibiotics. Really?! Thanks Walgreens now my child has to wait 2 days for his medicine. They should have never lost David Dent as a Pharamicist there he was the best.

I wish there was an option for less than 1 star. The pharmacy put me on hold for 12 minutes. My doctor contacted them twice about my prescriptions and they say they don't have them. The auto refills are ALWAYS late and they never call or text me when my refills are ready. Stick a fork in me, I'm done!

The store and its employees are helpful and polite enough but the pharmacy is atrocious! The customer service is beyond appalling and this isn't just one occasion... it's every 3 months i go to get meds which isn't that often...The girls are unbelievably rude and i've even been hung up on more than once...everyone uses walgreens for convenience but these cumulative experiences are forcing me to send my medications to a new pharmacy! Save yourself the trouble and do the same!

Sat in the drive-through of the pharmacy for 20 minutes and was being skipped for the lane next to me and they let five people in front of me so then I decided to come inside and then they said that the lane I was in wasn't being operated but there was absolutely no sign outside that said that. Completely disrespectful employees. Will be transferring all my prescriptions.

I have used this pharmacy for 7 months while helping my disabled mother in Georgia.This month ( Today ) after my Dr called in my prescriptions they flat out denied my ability to pay with cash.I will be taking legal action against the pharmacist & Walgreens as a corporation.

Ordered Pickup via the website tonight for the first time.. the site was easy to use - had immediate access to coupons and deals and the order was ready within 30 mins as promised - got an email that the order would be delayed - but when I called in to see how delayed - Kyle (one of the most customers service oriented people I have had the pleasure of speaking with in a long time) assured me that the order would be ready and he came through.. will definitely use this service again in the future..ATTN: ManagementYou made an excellent choice with Kyle! He was incredible and I hope he will be recognized in some way for excellent customer service - he deserves it!

My y medication schedule is not correct. I have 2 bottles of 2 meds and 1 was delayed. One was out of stock and I haven’t had it for 3 days. The system is messed up. And you can never talk to a real person.

I don’t know who runs this place but if y’all were my employees I would hire everyone including the pharmacist for lack of compassion.Medication was order the 19th, unable to pick up till the 23rd, 23rd comes & they don’t have the medication.Now it’s the 24th & I have no medication.Therefore if I have a medical situation Walgreens is the company I’ll sue.It is not difficult to run a successful business.I expect Walgreens to be a thing of the past with Mark Cuban Cost + Drugs coming to the Internet.I do not recommend this location for toilet paper let alone for medication you depend on!

I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for years and was totally satisfied until several months ago when for some unknown reason they replaced the entire staff and I have had nothing but problems since. I have always called the prescriptions in the day before, but they don't always have them ready the following day and get an attitude when asked. One prescription I get a 90 day supply but when it was refilled they only gave me e0. I didn't notice until I got home and when I called back I was told they only had 30 and ordered the 60 that would be there the next day. The next day I called and spoke to the person in charge and was told I couldn't get the other 60,I would have to get my Dr to call in another prescription and that I should have checked before I left the store. I called corporate and complained and it has only gotten worse. I have called corporate again. I refuse to be mistreated by an employee who is paid to give service. I am waiting on a call back from corporate to see what they intend to do this time.

Worst pharmacy experience ever, was treated so disrespectfully while seeking assistance on finding the best medicine that began in the drive thru. I came in as asked, still did not receive assistance properly and the female assisting had the audacity to not let me read the box of what I was seeking to purchase especially when the medicine cost nearly $20. I was told that she would not let me read the medicine at all, whether it was one at time or four. She also did not read the boxes or seem to care as to why customers even ask for assistance. I also had my sleeping child with me who was also not feeling well and that didn't make it easier. The service I received was pathetic.

I really dislike coming to this Walgreens. Every time I want to give them another chance to improve, my dislike increases. Their customer service is terrible. They are very rude and have major attitudes. Also, feel like some of the workers are racist based on how they treat minorities. So uncomfortable and hate going to this Walgreens.
