this store is simply terrible in every way...typical to walmart, no one ever answers the phone or does their job and they simply have no customer service...they just don't even try for anybody and it's HIGHLY frustrating

I love this location. One stop shop! Close to home. Fast and efficient customer service. Pretty clean. Friendly employees.

The old white woman (and I mean ancient) working the self checkout tonight (Wednesday April 13 at 9pm) on the side near the pharmacy is beyond useless. My gift card wouldn't scan and she was no help. Had no idea what to do. I know full well they can be typed in manually but she lacked the energy or desire to do that. She told me I'd have to go to customer service and get them to transfer it to another card. Bullshit, grandma. I took my items to the other side of the store and they checked me out with no problem. Fire the old hag. she makes the entire store look bad.

Unbelievable! For the 3rd time in 6 weeks, this place has been out of a few items that I've been wanting (luckily, not a staple item). And, to make matters worse, not only are prices higher than ever for a lot of things, in walking through the store, there are quite a few empty shelves. :-( Luckily, I found, all but 1 item, that I needed during this big shopping trip.

Got here today with my sister and it took them over an hour to bring our groceries at the pickup line and the people that came after us got theirs before us

Ah yes, the supermarket where the employees are worse than the customers. This definitely applies to this location, and i try to avoid the employees at all cost. Usually have everything i need and the prices are good.

Today is Saturday 2:05 pm. Seems like every family in the county is in this store. Why is there only 5 registers open. SMH

I refuse to be forced into the self checkout. Two registers open is NOT acceptable. Both had ridiculous lines (and so were self checkout). It has been like this the last couple times I've been in. Thought maybe some people were out on vacation or sick, but no, looks like the new way of doing business. If that's how you plan to treat your customers I will just shop elsewhere or Amazon. Goodbye Wal Mart.

When you order a Mario Cart birthday cake from the Walmart store in Milledgeville Ga and they make a different cake with his name spelled wrong . You are in a hurry because you are expecting company, when you notify the manager he says there is nothing he can do because you took the cake.

The people that work here are so rude. The don't acknowledge the customers and when you ask where something is they have a bad attitude about helping you. And at checkout it takes forever if you need assistance at the self checkout, you are using because only 2 of the 30 registers are in service and have 5 or more customers deep in line.

Milledgeville Georgia Walmart Supercenter December 20th got here at 6 am looking for welding rod and even ask for help yet I've stood here waiting for hep for like a good 3 hours and nobody has yet to come by and help also have seen managers walk by and just ignored the fact that they have seen me stand there for this whole time took a couple of minutes to walking around to see if anybody would ask if I needed help and it's like I'm invisible yet I see them helping others I am a Mexican American and have stalkers walking by with random stuff on basket and have yet to find what they need bc they all have being here since I got here I work and make money to buy my own supplies and they are just spying thinking I'm stealing or something yet I've feel like they are watching me to see if they'll catch me stealing or something just a bad experience I think they need to change the employees and also starting with the managers which should set the example

Walmart tire service told me they couldn't get my tire off my little Mazda truck to buy a new tire. I know one 195/70 R14 isn't the much money. But I came home and got it off with small simple socket wrench just to prove they either don't know how to do there job or aren't that smart or are just to lazy. But now I have to fine some one else to mount and balance the tired don't use Walmart auto department they over charge and can't eat change a tire right or just to lazy

I had a craving for some fresh fruit one night a few weeks ago. What I found were moldy oranges, fruit flies and rotten bananas. According to a fellow customer its been that way for a while according to the smell. I also found an entire bag of oranges that had green mold. That doesnt happen over night. I figured, I'll just grab a container of kiwi because it was the only thing that looked decent and I would get something the next day. When I got home, I ate 2 kiwi and left the rest in my fridge. I woke the next morning and pulled the container out and I had gnats swarming around it after about 5-10 minutes of it being on the counter. One of the kiwi had been damaged at the bottom and apparently had gnats living in it. Awesome! I told customer service that night and like previously, the same moldy and bad fruit was still there 20 hours later. Does anyone even work produce at walmart? I work on the southside so piggly wiggly was my next stop. Someone is literally there almost every time I shop for fresh fruit. Its pretty too. I will stick to clothes, electronics and chips at walmart.

I have been to many Walmart's across the United States, but this one is far worse than any other. The store employees in the electronic section do not want to do their jobs. When I tried to buy a new laptop from this location the first time, the staff refused to sell me the computer because they claimed the electronic section was closed when it was not. The next time I tried to purchase a new laptop from this location they did not have the right one that I wanted so I requested them to call the next town to see if they had it, and again the staff refused. This is not the only problem that I have experienced at this location. I have had the manager refuse to sell me discounted items that had the price clearly placed on the product. Also, the employees are extremely rude in certain departments and they do not stock the shelves for weeks at a time. Usually when I go to this location, what I am looking for is not in the store. I hate going to this Walmart and I am beginning to shop at other stores now.

Poor customer service! On the #Walmart app for this store it showed a tv for $299. The manager stated the tv would only be that price if you order online. So, I asked if I could order and pay through my app she said you have to wait 2 days to pick it up , I actually live 2 hours away. It's not that serious when it was about 5 of them on the shelf. How does this make sense! I left...#nodeal! #Walmart has lost their mojo!!
