Very rude, lady had an attitude like I stepped on her toes or something. And the prescription wasnt even ready even though it was sent out the day before.

I have had no problems until today when I tried to bring in my service animal but a worker at the front stopped me from bringing her in simply because she didn't have her vest on. I tried to explain to him that she doesn't need a vest to be a service animal but he insisted I couldn't bring her in. This is against the law and I will not be going here ever again

The store is being reorganized :-( (great, just as I was learning the layout). So, expect a lot of confusion on both the customer, and the CSRs. Speaking of CSRs, of the dozen or so that I walked within 5 feet of, 5 actually greeted me with a hello. Or, a how are you :-o . And, 2 of them were over 10 feet away 8-) . While this is a big improvement over my last several visits, they still have a way to go on improving customer relations. Something that I find confusing, and it does tick me off some, is the fact that other Walmarts carry a bunch of salad dressings, and frozen dinners (I know how to cook. But, between my stuff still being packed (I'm unpacking slowly), and cooking for 1is a pain in the butt), I'm relegated to either eating out, or buying frozen dinners, this store seems to believe in carrying a bunch of a few items vs. several of a lot of items. :-( And yet, they still manage to run out of stuff. Sheesh!

Poor customer service! On the #Walmart app for this store it showed a tv for $299. The manager stated the tv would only be that price if you order online. So, I asked if I could order and pay through my app she said you have to wait 2 days to pick it up , I actually live 2 hours away. It's not that serious when it was about 5 of them on the shelf. How does this make sense! I left...#nodeal! #Walmart has lost their mojo!!

I shop here (occasionally) because I have to. After the incident with the pharmacy denying that woman medication for a stressful situation, I would not shop here if I could help it. If you can help it. Don't.

I have been in multiple times where the checkout line stretched to over ten people, yet only one register is open. Several employees walk past unbothered by the line of customers extending well into the clothing department. I waited in line 15 minutes before deciding to abandon my groceries and take my business to Kroger.
