I would give it a negative. I am a black girl and they are white owned. The low reviews are correct. These people are prejudiced and racist. I came into the store and all of them just moved from the counter because they didnt want to assist me EXCEPT ONE . He looked at them confused but he did help me. I asked the local ppl in the town about them and they all said the same YES THEY ARE PREJUDICE AND ARE VERY WELL KNOWN FOR IT AND THIS COMES FROM THE CAUSIANS I ASKED AS WELL. Its a shame in 2025 that people are really so immature to act this way because we are not of the same race. I will be filing every complaint i can against this company.

Poor customer service, can't never get help and poor selection of products, just a good old boy place to meet if you're not part of the group forget about getting help,i rather drive to Sylvania for my shopping

A highly overpriced and nasty place with employees who only like to serve people in the good Ol' boys club. All these high reviews are likely from folks in their "buddy system."Nothing seemed to be in place or organized and prices out of this world. I fully understand the inflation and its effects on prices everywhere, but, this is way more expensive than any other hardware store I have visited lately.

HORRIBLE!!! They are supposed to close at 5 and it was only 4:15 and they were rushing me to hurry up so they could close the store. It’s the worst possible ACE Hardware in the United States!!! And I know that a matter of opinion, but I believe that could be put down as a fact.

Horrible customer service....rude disrespectful and did not show one once of care for the issues I had with my product I purchased from this location...just know if u shop here and the functionality of the item purchased is at fault they will not honor the 30 day return policy listed on the ace website ....do not recommend this place of business to anyone....
