So far every experience I had here was pleasant. No post office is perfect, and I've definitely dealt with worse. But this one is pretty good so far from all the years I've dealt with them.

I've noticed that when you have a package that needs to be delivered to the door the postal worker will not bring it to the door she will make you come to her and get it or she will stuff it in the mailbox and cause damage to the package. This needs to be looked into. Post workers used to walk everywhere. Now they have it too easy.

We were on vacation and asked to have our mail held until our return. We arrived home to find our mailbox full. The postal employees at the Millen Ga post office either have no concern for customers or aren't capable of following simple directions.

Originally they refused to deliver our mail. Eventually they worked it out. The mail man was good though... only complaints are with the office.
