It’s Christmas Eve-eve and I’m awaiting a package (just like dang near everyone) and I had concerns regarding the package. I called the post office in Milner where it showed it was at and Jim was so kind, helpful, and caring. He even called me back to follow up with the updated status of my package. It was so sweet knowing that even on the busiest days of the usps season, he took to the time to find information AND call back to follow up. It is heartwarming to say the least. Thank you Mr Jim!!!!

Lady working the front desk had a severe attitude problem, and was dressed in such a way that didn't indicate that she was a post office worker. Incredibly unprofessional. I'll drive the extra few miles to Barnesville next time.

Dawn is my girl!!! You would be amazed at the true care she has for not only her job, but everyone she meets. I have loved and praised her for years as she serves both my home and my work. But in January I was struck with an awful disorder that put me in a wheelchair and had me bedridden for months. She cared more and showed more love than some people I call family and friends. This woman has brightened some of my darkest days. I want her to know that it isn't just about what you do, but who you are while doing it that can make a world of difference in someone's life. I still don't know her last name! But she is in my prayers. Her compassion and love she shows in her every day life is something rare these days... but such a blessing. Yall give this lady a raise! Lol and whatever you do, never let her go ❤️ she is a treasure

I've always had a great experience here until recently. The lady who is there is very rude. She doesn't carry herself in a professional manner in appearance and her professionalism matches. I began going to this location due to the individuals who worked there. But if this is the quality they are now hiring they will lose business very quickly. She had the audacity to speak to me as if I was beneath her as I was looking for and envelope. Then when I asked about another employee she said oh you don't like me, she said I was the second person to complain about her today and laughed about it. I actually didnt complain because I felt she wanted a reaction. Really disappointing experience.

The staff at this post office are extremely nice and helpful! I have had to contact Walter a few times about missing packages and he is always very thorough and makes sure I get an answer very quickly. Also, the lady that works in the post office and helps me mail my stuff all the time is great! They ladies who deliver mail are so nice too!! Thankful for good USPS workers in my town!

5 stars for Dawn our mail lady! She is the bomb. The lady who fills In for her, I give her zero stars. She beats on our door when she delivers our stuff and is just plain rude!

The Milner post office is fabulous! They go above and beyond for us all the time. This Christmas has been nothing more than exceptional. Delivering special packages early on Christmas Eve so I didn’t spend the day worrying and even knocking on the door on Christmas Day to deliver a special package I had been anticipating for weeks.Thank you for always looking out for us!
