We are extremely happy with our AT&T installation and service! So much better than Xfinity! And 5 stars also to Nikki Kendrick for all her help in making the transition totally painless and super easy. She was always available for all my questions and continues to be available if I have anymore questions. I wish we had gone with AT&T sooner!! Thank you so much Nikki!!!

I brought my friend going through chemo to the AT&T store in Milton and spoke with Nylan Moore. He could not have been nicer. He was so thorough and explained everything to her in easy to understand language. He was very professional and very kind. When we were leaving, he even walked her outside and made sure she got in the car safely (she's very unsteady on her feet). Thank you Nylan for being a great employee and representing AT&T well....and for just being a kind human being!

The automated survey sent to me by ATT expired before I had time to fill it out! I would have given 5 stars since I had a wonderful experience in the store. Jeff and his Manager Gary were great and made my experience a breeze! If you’re looking for quality service and Braves baseball go here!

Poor customer service. Tried to return some equipment. Girl sarcastically told me they don't take that here. Go to UPS or FedEx. I explained I didn't have any paperwork. She said I told you to go to UPS or FedEx, they will look you up. She yelled this across the room. She and her associates were sitting at a table talking and couldn't be bothered to assist me professionally.

I worked with Nikki to get my Pixel 8 Pro. She is fantastic! She is super friendly and kind. She is also very knowledgeable about all the phones and accessories they offer. Nikki took the time to explain everything in detail about the phone, plan and accessories I was interested in. I would highly recommend Nikki to anyone who is looking to switch to AT&T, upgrade their phone or purchase new accessories!!

Cameron assisted with an upgrade for my phone. He was very efficient and made this a pleasant experience. He also recognized a redundant service on my bill and removed that which saved me some money.

I have been with ATT for over 20 years and pay them hundreds/month for all our devices/plans. I had an absolutely horrific experience at this store. I ordered a new phone a few days ago and received an email last night that it was ready for pick up at this location. We went to pick it up this morning. To make a long story short, the store reeked of marijuana as soon as we opened the door, the reps were unprofessional, rude, as well as misogynists. Most importantly, they could not produce the phone even though I paid for it and received emails to go retrieve it. I became irritated as the rep provided no resolution, no time frames and no apology. In addition, the other sales rep inside the store decided to also gang up on me by unjustifiably sticking up for his friend who could not even formulate one coherent thought and had bloodshot eyes. I think it all went completely south when the rep told me to be quiet because the "men are talking", at which point he also lost my husband who had maintained his calm this entire time. Times must be really tough for ATT if this is the caliber of customer facing employees they have to hire. I will complain in person to their corporate offices on Monday. I have never been inside a corporate retailer that smells like weed and this kind of unprofessionalism and lack of concern and is accepted. Avoid this location, you have been warned.
