The pharmacy's team members are always friendly and responsive to questions.
Although we have visited several times, we are always satisfied with the consistent and accurate answers.

The pharmacists at this location are awesome. My unhappiness is not talking to a real person to see if the prescriptions for someone in assisted living have been received or if I need to contact the doctor - while trying to handle on a hour lunch break.

Krunal is Absolutely the Best!!!
I say this because he is always incredibly supportive and caring , while providing great help and invaluable insights.
Krunal exemplifies class, empathy, care, and understanding the importance of the customer experience. I am in awe of this level of care, compassion, ownership, knowledge, and class. It is incredibly evident to me that he is an incredibly invaluable asset for the organization.
I hope the examples set by Krunal's first class quality of care, service, and help are the benchmark for all services across not only at CVS, but for every organization - regardless of industry.

I could not get my vaccination shot because “it was too close to the time to close”, although there were 15 min to close. Lazy workers, don’t put patients in first place.

Pathetic People and Pathetic treatment of customers. They can come after break at 2:03 but they can't give you medicine even when you standing there 18:59 that we close at 19:00. Avoid this place if possible. Hope you get what you deserve

Had the CVS minute Clinic call my prescription in to this pharmacy because I thought I would save time and it would be filled while I drove. More than 30 minutes later I arrive and the pharmacist never even checked the message that was left for him. I walked around in the pharmacy area waiting for an employee to let me know that my prescription was ready, no one informed me. It apparently had been ready for 10 minutes when I had inquired about it.

I have been a long time Target Pharmacy customer and loved the store. Great quality and prices. However, now that they are run by CVS, the price point is just not there anymore. The same CVS brand generic over-the-counter medicine was 25% less at Walmart version. Since they are right next door to each other, shop at Walmart and save.
