If you need some extra storage space, I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage! Reasonably priced and easy rental process. We’ve rented several spaces from them over the years and have always had a great experience.

Just recently moved from Chicago down to the Atlanta area, this location has been amazing every step of the way. Jeanette helped securing a rental unit in time for me to drive across the country SO easy and has been a great resource for questions since I’ve been renting my unit. The facility is clean and secure as well, would recommend using this location!

Ended up at Extra Space Storage in Alpharetta because of a house move. Jeanette Prewett went above and beyond to assist in ensuring I had enough storage to accommodate my 3 story home. I found myself going back and forth to Jeanette with questions throughout the process and she was always very courteous, helpful and professional. Knowing that when I go to storage, I will see her will be the highlight of my day…that and saying I’m moving out, of course.? Thanks Jeanette for all you do, keep up the great work.

The ExtraSpace, Webb Bridge Road team has been excellent to work with. Jeanette is friendly and very helpful. Having a covered loading/unloading area is a bonus.

Avoid this location if you are NOT within a driving distance of the county, especially if you have to be out of town frequently and the website is down.
The automated pay over phone does not work either.
If you don't mind reading out your card number to a stranger over the phone, then call the office. Get used to seeing different staff every now and then.
If you have to be out of town frequently, send a money order by certified mail if you cannot have someone drop off a money order. The late fees are between $30-$40.
