Very clean well organized store and friendly staff coming in and leaving the store! I may drive the extra 5 min for the larger cleaner store and friendly staff! Worth it to me!! I believe the ones giving bad reviews should go back and give them another chance because I personally didn’t experience what they said they experienced and change their review!! 💜

I'm saddened to see the bad reviews, but glad we stopped in to check out this location. We usually shop at the Suwannee store... I think this store is smaller, but it's so cute!! The organization, layout, and design are refreshing, especially when compared to other stores we've been to. The associates were all nice. This location has all self checkout registers, but there is an associate standing there to help if needed. All in all, this might be our new location to shop at!

If I could give this location a 0, I would. My twins and I visited this store on 10/5/24 and was astonished to find that NO ASSOCIATES were in the store. Period. I called the store WHILE IN THE STORE 4 times to see if anyone would come to the front or even answer the phone; nothing. I went to the back of the store to knock on the associate only door; nothing. I literally waited for 30 minutes and no one came. The store was full of customers but not one associate.
This in and of itself is extremely dangerous! What if someone puts two and two together and steals from this location?! It wouldn't be anyone fault but the store. Just irresponsible. We will not be visiting again.
I tried to contact corporate and they wanted you to email a form in. This was an emergency and they want you to email a contact us form in smh.
I went to another location and told them what happened; they informed me that they were not surprised! They stated that other customers have come to their location and complained about the same issue of no associates being available. Again, that is scary.

I recently visited the Milton Five Below and had the pleasure of being assisted by Lia. From the moment I walked in, her welcoming smile and friendly demeanor made my shopping experience exceptionally pleasant. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the store's layout and quickly helped me find everything I was looking for.
What stood out the most was her dedication to customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, even offering helpful suggestions for products I hadn't considered. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist with a genuine smile made a lasting impression.
I left Five Below not only with great products but also with a renewed appreciation for outstanding customer service. Lia truly exemplifies the best of what Five Below has to offer. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!

Great location and selection of items. This location has a much larger and different selection of items than the Five Below stores that I have shipped at in the past. Staff is super friendly and the manager, Frecardo, is setting a great tone/atmosphere for the store.

We waited 45 minutes this morning for the store to open. We waited outside with a sales associate who showed up on time for her shift and was waiting to get to work. We watched 9 customers try to open the door and leave. It’s sad to see an employee show up and have to apologize that their manager isn’t there to open the store. She should be a keyholder.

First time I've been to this location and it's huge! It has a great selection of products than the one near my house. I was able to get everything I need and than some! The staff was nice and very helpful! They helped me find a gift I was looking for and offer different suggestions too.

November 27th came in around 9 two worked black and white , the white lady watched and followed me and my bf around the store the whole time no personal space, when we spoke she was a bit rude and even held our bag until the purchase was final never had this happen to me before will not be coming back .
