This particular Kohl's is not great... Specifically, the merch selection is not great. The staff is nice though. What truly blows my mind is the Sephora. It's literally about six bays (max) with little to no product. Half of the Sephora space is taken up by the handbag section. It's atrocious... Not even a counter, just one small register and the three times I've gone, no beauty personnel either. The Kohl's employees have NO CLUE what products are good, bad etc because they didn't bother to hire anyone with beauty industry knowledge. It's such a missed opportunity that Milton surely needed. I'm embarrassed for them. And frankly, if I was Sephora, I wouldn't allow my name to be associated with that hot mess. Truly a disappointment. If they want to woo any other customers in (besides the occasional neighborhood families that stop in there because they are too lazy to drive further) they should demand to expand that Sephora. PS: if you're wondering what they have, it's Urban decay, Nars, olaplex, minis and a perfume area (1 Bay only), a tad bit of skincare, an empty generic bay, an Ilia bay and a Sol de J display. That's it. No Rare beauty.. No Fenty, No Too Faced, no kaja, no Guerlain... Nothing. I mean, there's money in Milton... What are you waiting for Kohl's????

Everything was found easily. Store has high quality goods for a reasonable price. They could use more personnel. But everything was easy to find!
