“Visited the Bank of America branch today after 10 + years . The location is perfect and calm and have lot of parking spaces round the branch . Entered the bank and on both side we have independent section where bank employees work for various departments. ATM is located at one corner of BOA .Went for cashier check and waited in the line as other BOA employees attending other visitors. One of BOA employee Howell called next in line , so I Visited Mr. Howell Ferry for cashier check and it was done in 5 min . He is knowledgeable and done the job in 5 min.I recommend the branch to others .”

It's been a complete nightmare trying to close a safe deposit box that I've had for 17 years at the 10750 Highway 9 ,Roswell GA. location .Another bank manager from canton Ga Kroger location got involved and finally closed the safe box. This bank inside a Kroger is always helpful and professional in handling customers. The bank manager is very professional and follows up on service. Call backs are always done and on time.”

“Great ATM has secure and user friendly options. Can deposit as well as withdraw the money, hence don't need to stand in a queue. Screen is aptly lit and has clear view, which makes it easy while doing the transactions. Proper receipt is printed once you are through with your transactions. One more point it is clean and people out here do maintain hygiene. Seen them using antiseptic lotion quite frequently, which is good for them as well as for us also.”
“I went into this branch today to take care of an issue with my personal checking account. I was greeted with smiles and "good morning" by everyone I saw. I was directed to wait in the lobby for the next available representative. A few moments later Ms. Kathrine Pike came to get me. Ms. Pike was so friendly and beyond helpful!! She listened to my situation and helped me take care of all of the issues I was having. I genuinely felt that Ms. Pike cared about me and my situation. I've been a long time customer and I preferred customer as well with Bank of America and had many instances going to various different branches in Texas, Arkansas, California and now here in Georgia. I have not come across better professional than Ms. Karen who's the branch manager and Mr. Victtor Cabral who is one of the Relationship Manager. What is impressive apart from their deep subject matter experience is their genuine care for the customers. It's blatently visible. They have definitely exceeded expectations”
