Visiting from south Florida and this location has a nice layout, a good amount of weight training machines and plenty of cardio machines. The staff keeps it pretty clean and they are friendly.

The equipment is top notch, high tech, versatile and looks brand new. The gym is incredibly clean and invitingThe staff is friendly and helpful. I had a great workout and great experience.

Planet Fitness Milton is one of the better locations I have been to. Location is clean, staff friendly, and good equipment availability. Also the price point of Planet Fitness is a great return on investment.

They were not clean...roaches!!! This was the worst planet fitness I have ever been to!! I won't be back!! Would not recommend them to anyone!

I did. Fix the spin cycle. None function properly. Techs never come to correct them even though the P.F. staff request that several times.

On Thursday, January 19, 2024, at 07:48 AM, I visited one of your franchise locations in Houston, TX, located at 5770 Hollister Rd, 77040 as a Black Card member. Unfortunately, I was denied access to the gym as I was informed that my account was past due and needed payment to be active again.Despite showing the Houston associate a screenshot of my account that showed that I had made the payment of $65.05, I was still denied access. The Houston associate called the Milton, GA gym and spoke with the manager on duty. That manager stated that no payment was received and not to allow me access to the gym.This experience has left me humiliated and in tears. However, I believe that even in the face of disappointment, we have the ability to rise above it and seek a better solution.As a loyal customer, I believe that the treatment I received goes against your core values as a company. I am seeking your help in resolving this issue, not just to regain my dignity, but also to inspire hope in others who may find themselves in a similar situation.I am aware that I need to send another notification to cancel my membership, but my funds are limited. Paying $65.05 to be denied access to a gym and then spending more money to send certified mail to Alpharetta, GA, from Houston, TX, doesn't seem appropriate or empathetic in this situation. All I’m seeking is a cancellation and a refund of $65.05

Don’t bother signing up with this gym as your home gym because they claim they are not a “real planet fitness”. Since they are apparently privately owned they do not treat their customers the same way as corporate an owned Planet fitness as well as you cannot transfer online or cancel your membership online like many other locations allow now as of November 2023. Don’t bother purchasing a black card for flexibility because they will not allow you to transfer, assist you with a transfer, or really provide you with any customer service whatsoever unless you are directly in front of them, or take the time to write them a personal letter. Yes for a transfer. This location is not concerned with their members beyond anything but their bank accounts and the manager “jay” let me and another corporate owned planet fitness know that “they don’t have time to be going back and fourth over the phone about anything” the other location that I was trying to transfer to after moving was shocked by the behavior of this location and even let me know they used to be privately owned and still would never deny their customers a service. I will be sending them their personal letter that they request and will never be joining another Planet Fitness again because of my experience with Milton “planet fitness” I suggest that this location lets individuals know that they are not aligned with any of the corporate values that planet fitness adheres to prior to a membership.

This is my home gym. Catch me in there 3 to 4 times a week. It's clean , organized with plenty of employees to answer your questions. Get a membership and enjoy the workout! see ya soon.

The gym is nice. However, there has been feces in the male shower (1st shower) for last 2 days. The staff there has also been notified about it & witnessed it. Members not adhering to cleanliness guidelines. Something should be done to prevent this as it’s very obnoxious!! Moreover, the knob of one of the shower is not properly fixed & throws water on the wall & needs to be replaced/fixed. It’s there for quite sometime now. One of the stool in the male changing room has a broken leg and nothing is being done for over a month. The gym admin should be testing such stuff regularly and should be proactive in dealing with them.

Great gym and great location. Ppl complaining about what’s on the damn tv, big mama stay home if all you want to do is watch the news. Ppl come here to workout and enjoy a stress free atmosphere, no one wants to hear the bs any of those news stations are playing no matter what side of the political party they’re on. These Karen’s really try to cause havoc wherever they go . Anyways, employees are super nice and accommodating always.
