Their business model is to get you in the door with one low rate and within a short period of time raise the rates. It's the downside of no contract. within 6 months my space went from $120/m to $174.

Great customer support. Angela (the property manager) helped me switch units to something that fit my needs better. So far, my experience with Public Storage has been much better than other storage locations. Thank you Angela.

50% increase in two months. Unfortunately there is no zero star so they get 1. Got a promotion for $28 a month and no mention that you require a 15 dollars of insurance. Ok that's a start. I get to the place and there is no one but a kiosk, ok so far. I got this in november. February they send me an e-maill that went to the Junk e-mail. I guess they are not trusted by most spam filters saying that the 28 a mon was now 41, a little shy on 50% increase.
I guess I will find somebody else just because I don't trust these people anymore.
