I just went to this location for supplies. The store Representative arrived right in front of me. When I walked in she did not even give me a nod. I even spoke to her and she ignored me. She acknowledged me after I said wow. She made me feel very unwelcome. I turned around and left the store. I will never visit this location again. If a store Representative cannot even greet their customers, there is no reason to shop at the store.

Every time I come here they're so rude. They only sell one of the products I need so I never can take advantage of their sales because they don't offer the quantity of the item and then some how they always give me attitude. Makes me very uncomfortable. Might start ordering my stuff online elsewhere because I don't feel welcomed here.

My very first time in Sally store 3787 in Milton Ga. I purchased some hair for my 15 year old daughter at 12:07 pm and our Hairdresser informed me 10 min down the road that it was incorrect. I immediately return the hair and the manager PRASAI told me ALL SALES ARE FINAL.I told her I purchased the hair 15 minutes ago and didn't open the package. She was not knowledgeable about the stores return policy and treated me like I was a problem. PRASAI consistently told me to call corporate for my issue ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! I called corporate took the hair to a different Sally Beauty and was refunded with no problem. Beware of people who don't want to Work, not the company as a whole!

Came to pick up an order that was ready today and though Google shows that the store is open until 7PM, there is a sign on the door that says they close at 5 almost daily. The store needs to keep their Google listing accurate and up to date. This is a complete waste of a trip (the store closest to me did not have this item). This seems to be very common at all Sally Locations since Covid. 2 years later and the stores still are not operating under their normal hours? If it is a staffing issue, the company needs to pay their employees more to keep their stores open normal business hours (pre-Covid) to support their customers because without their customers, the stores would not exist.

Store hours aren't hard to update on Google, we shouldn't have to show up to find out you're closed far sooner than the hours listed. Poor management and incompetence at it's finest.

Dang I love this Sally's! I dye my hair every 4 to 6 weeks so I visit this location several times a month. They have grown their semi-permanent dye range like crazy and now carry Arctic Fox, Iroiro, Good Dye Young, and the Ion and Manic Panic dyes. The selection is amazing! They have a good selection of curly/natural hair products too as well as some k-beauty brands! I hope the store continues to grow and add new brands ?

Never have I ever seeing anything like this in this 21st century retail environment! So I showed up at lunch today and there was a hand writer sign that said "I will be back in 3 min." !!!! So I waited exactly 21 minutes and no one showed up ! This is during the busiest time of the day for the strip mall and this high traffic area! Sometimes we wonder what's wrong with this world these..... well here is a perfect example of what is so wrong with today's society!!!! Whom ever is working there thinks that her/his time is more valuable then the consumer that keeps her/his job relevant ! SMH !!!

What a horrible experience! The girl working Friday night with short hair and glasses was horrible to us. We went in for some nail dip to try on our nails. My daughter grabbed a bag of sponges and squeezed it. But when I put it back it was fine. We asked questions to the young girl there and she was nice. As we picked out the nail powder we needed the older lady turned around and told us our daughters were squeezing bags and had ripped open two. Mind you that was a total of two dollars. She grabbed the bags after a few more unkind words and went to talk to the cashier. We decided they could keep their business and left the stuff where it was at. We got our 8 yr olds I the car and as we were leaving the young girl was out with her phone grabbing our license plate. I asked if there was a problem. She said yes there were two powder kits and now there is only one. They accused us of stealing. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. We decided to walk in and point it out. The young girl had found it and was apologetic. The older lady wouldn’t even look at us. She had no name tag so I couldn’t get her name.

I’ve been going to this Sally’s in Milton for years. Everytime I go in this store I’m always welcomed by friendly and knowledgeable staff!! I went in one day last week and a lady by the of named Rhonda, helped me with hair color. She actually, talked me out of buying the wrong color and said that this one would look better and it would be more even toned. With her advice I tried this new product and color. She was absolutely right!! The color on my hair looks amazing!! It called “ion intentsive shine” , Worth giving this product a try! You won’t find a better store than this one!!!
