The owner is kind, knowledgeable, and patient, with a great eye for design, offering great one-on-one service. They help customers figure out the perfect way to frame items, creating customized decor with good, quick service and all the help one could wish for. All frames are cut in-house, unlike big box stores that outsource orders. They offer hundreds of frame choices including round and oval frames, domed glass, and mirrors. They custom create shadowboxes for treasured items and specialize in needlework by lacing, blocking, and stretching needlepoints and embroideries. Jerseys, rugs, and fabrics are discreetly sewn in place to preserve their value. Prices are reasonable and no job is too big or too small. Customers highly recommend The Picture Framer for a wonderful and pleasant experience.

Maria is the owner and I completely trust her to frame needlework pieces that have taken me months or years to complete. She is very talented at choosing mats and frames. I don't try to tell her what I want. I rely on her to make my art look its best and she delivers in spades.
