“I had a great experience recently with Patriot Towing on Sept, 21 2025. My son's vehicle had completely lost power while on the road, but he was able to manage cruising it to a stop in an Acworth neighborhood. Patriot was very responsive and a tow vehicle was dispatched within a relatively short time. The dispatcher, Sip, was quite helpful and detailed in his instructions and options. The tow truck driver, Heather, was very communicative and kept me informed on pick-up and delivery to a nearby auto repair shop that I use. The charge was reasonable and the process was short and clean. I'd highly recommend them.”
“I got in an accident and took my car to them per the recommendation of the person who hit my car. I got an appointment for an estimate quickly and went there for it. The estimate was completely accurate and they were very quick and accommodating with getting my car in. They gave me an estimate for the days that the repairs would take. It ended up going a few days over because they’re closed on the weekends. When I got my car, they had done a wonderful job with all the repairs. They also cleaned the outside and inside. The outside was beautiful. I ain’t never seen my rims so shiny. They did a great job and were very honest and communicative.”

“I called another company first... they asked if they could put me on hold and did before I had a chance to respond. SO, I called this company. He answered promptly, and came to my rescue within 15 minutes as promised. He tried to diagnose to see if it was a more minor issue. Then confirmed that it did need to be towed. Charged a reasonable price and brought my car to my specified repair shop. Great experience! Great gentleman!”
“Very professional, and prompt. The driver even offered to stop me by the store since I'd been broken down for hour waiting on triple A to show. I finally called Evans and they got me fixed up! I didn't catch his name but he was like 6 foot tall with a MAJESTIC lip caterpillar. He kinda looked like a fireman or a GDOT HERO Unit guy. Super cool guy. I'd definitely call again.”

“Alonzo was very honest and professional over the phone and in person. My car’s engine overheated and it was stuck in my driveway for the longest time.
