The doctor and assistant gave me plenty of time to spend with Gracie, before and after the procedure. They handled all the arrangements with her cremation and even sent me a beautiful condolence card in the mail today. Their kindness through all of this has been a complete blessing. We relocated from out of state with a 17 year old chihuahua who within days of the move fell ill, I was so worried to trust someone new with our very elderly dog. Dr. Segura was the best end of life care for Rocco. She treated him with dignity (so many vets do not like chihuahuas), we fully expected not to leave that day with him and Dr. Segura made it possible for him to enjoy life in GA for 2 months prior to his passing. Our new puppy sees Dr Segura and any future pet we have will see her as well.”

“I’m just now writing this one year after losing our last dog. Midway Animal Hospital is truly phenomenal. They were one of the only facilities willing to see us when a dog flu was sweeping through years ago (2015 or so) and they helped us through the loss of two dogs. Our dogs were our first pets and the Midway staff did everything they could to help us navigate an illness of one and simply old age of another. When the time comes for us to welcome a pet into our home again there is no doubt in my mind where we will go for their care. Thank you so much for everything!!”

Dr. Bishop was awesome and just kept it straight without feeling like I was being "sold" something. I also like the fact that the appointment starts and ends with the vet instead of telling a vet tech everything and then retelling the vet the same exact thing when they come into the room. Dr. Bishop was super patient with my timid pup which is always appreciated. Will be back with Ari's sister later in the year when it's time!”

“Our first experience started with tech Trish who welcomed us when we arrived and made us feel like we’d been going there forever even though this was our first time. Our conformation trainer suggested we go to see Dr Doctor Diane Castle there to check out a possible limp with Cody, our Irish setter. I also wanted the tech to express Cody’s anal glands and trim his nails, things our regular vet does in the back and you don’t get involved, even though we’ve been known to hear screams and crying in the past that definitely were coming from Cody. But here, surprisingly, Trish donned her gloves and went to work in our exam room. I helped hold and control Cody and slipped the muzzle on when he started needing it. It didn’t bother Trish at all, she was taking complete control by now and Cody started showing her a lot of respect and backed down. Trish kept trimming… and trimming. She said that Cody was doing so good that she was also going to really do a good trim job on him. She did. We’ve never had his nails trimmed so we’ll. I’d go there again just for that service but…. It’s a 45 minute drive to Canton. Now the next part; Dr Castle examined Ned and turned Cody’s legs, head, and body in so many different ways, I thought we’d need to reassemble him again. The Dr was so confident in what she was doing that Cody immediately trusted her and let her do whatever she wanted with him. Thank goodness, everything turned out to be fine with Cody. It’s a long way to go for us, but this is the best veterinarian place I’ve ever been to. I strongly recommend them, especially Tech Trish and Dr. Castle. -John and Cody”

“My daughter's budgie was sick and Dr. Cawley was the only avian veterinarian I could find somewhat close to me (a little over an hour). I called and was able to get in that same afternoon. Dr. Cawley and all the staff were absolutely amazing. My daughter did not want to be in the exam room bc she was upset and couldn't watch or listen to her sick bird. When Dr. Cawley finished the exam and treatment, he went out to the waiting room to tell my daughter what was going on, what to expect, etc.. The next day, he called to check on the bird's condition, to see if there was improvement, and to discuss a game plan for the next week. The office manager gave us a stack of information on proper budgie care, the vet tech was engaging and compassionate - the entire experience left me lamenting having ever taken a pet anywhere else!! I most definitely recommend Animal Hospital of Nesbit Ferry all.day.long!”
