“I have had an absolute rough month. My soul dog died 6/5 tragically. I frequently foster through lifeline... so I decided to foster an older dog to honor my dog since she didnt make it to be a senior. The day before yesterday I got a text that my 1st foster dog was set to be euthanized... I wanted, needed to be with him even though I am really struggling mentally.... I have had a horrible 1.5 months. My current foster dog is climbing my walls, inconsolable, anxious, even with people. I made me decision I needed to take her back and get myself stabelized. I got to the shelter after intake had closed and they gave me a suggestion of cbd oil. It was 649. Petsmart closes at 7. I found this store near where I was and called. The lady working listened to me explain what was going on and how overwhelmed with life I am... she talked to me the whole way to the store. I appreciate her heart. She provided me with additional resources in addition to the stuff I came in for. I would absolutely recommend this store. The oil seems to be helping too! I may be able to make it through this tough time and get this pup stabelized without loosing whats left of my mental health! So thank you for your kind heart and genuinely listening to me. Her name may be Marion from the receipt. You didn't just sell me a product that seems to be helping ... you held my head above water so I could catch my breath in a way. Thank you.”

“The best reef store ever. Ive never seen such a wide variety of fish and coral. I used to drive 30 minutes to optimum for corals and fish but this place blows them out of the water. Very friendly staff, the kind lady helped me pick out a few corals for my tank and was filled with knowledge. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Will absolutely be my new reefing home. Edit: came here again and would give a million stars if I could. The taller bald gentleman is my favorite hes so welcoming and friendly and gave me some amazing deals. You guys are the absolute best, my tank has never looked this beautiful.”

“Went on a hike and ended up with 2 very dirty dogs! Pit Stop for Pets takes walk ins and I was able to get started right away! They are stocked up!!! Hypoallergenic shampoo option, blueberry face wash, conditioner, brushes AND ear cleaning supplies?! These dogs got the works! Towels and a blow dryer, the dogs were dry and ready to get in the car for our next adventure. They had lots to choose from for an after bath treat! Happy hour from 3-5?! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!”
“I called Pawsh Purrfect Grooming last minute the day before Thanksgiving while visiting family, and they were incredibly accommodating. They squeezed in our Biscuit for a full groom, and not only did they make it happen, they did the most amazing job! He came out so happy, looking better than he ever has after a groom.
The owner and staff went above and beyond, even during such a busy time, and were unbelievably kind and hardworking. We were genuinely impressed with the care and attention they put into every detail.
We’ll definitely be back the next time we visit, and Biscuit will be excited to return too! Highly recommend.”

“Polite and timely. The scale wasn't accurate at first. Registered my dog as 75 pounds which I knew to be incorrect. It was starting from 25 pounds instead of 0. Probably bc I stood on it to get me doggie too..but, I did step off and it did not go to 0...had to be reset. Recommend techs always check to ensure starts at 0.”
“Went to buy dog food and they were all SO helpful. Bob carried it to my car. Catherine at the register was very sweet and helped me check out. Had 20 cans of food and a 45 pound bag, all of their brand salmon dog food. My lab and shepherd loves it. Appreciative of their friendly service.”

The store is enormous and, quickly, someone came up and helped me find things I was looking for. She was able to quickly locate the stuff and make suggestions about what were better choices for me.
I don't know that I've ever seen so much dog food such wide variety in specificity. Not only did they have the dog food I was looking for which is not easy to find, they also had it in more choices by age, breed and activity level. I found a new type that's more specific to my dog in the brand I like.
Also I found a little gadget for my dog leash. I've been looking for something that would carry bags so that I don't forget them when I leave. This little gadget also has a flashlight, a chain for a key and is USB rechargeable. Also, it clips snuggly against the leash so it doesn't dangle around while I'm walking.
This is worth going a bit out of the way.”

“This is a hit or miss. Sometimes the people are a delight and treasure. Other times it's a ghost town of dismay and empty shelves. Where the app tells me they have things in stock and once I get there they are all invisible. Also...why do I have to track someone down to get crickets like I'm Sherlock Holmes? Then I have to wait ten minutes for them to come get crickets out. I can bag my own. In fact, please have self serve crickets so I can save the accumulated ten years of my life waiting at the cricket bins on something like living my life. But I like petsmart. They do a better job than the other pet store. Their crickets are favored over the other ones I sometimes buy.”
