Horrible services. Robin was supposed to upgrade my phone but I was scammed into a 600$ plus bill. I went to a real AT&T store and was told there’s nothing to be done. Stay away from the Monroe store go to a real dealer

This is 100% the most useless store I have ever been in. I went into try to use the insurance I have on my plan so I can replace my phone because it was no longer charging, something I go into AT&T stores fairly often to do raising young boys, they are breaking screens constantly.
This particular visit was my first time at the Monroe location. I processed to explain my phone is no longer charging and the only thing they could say was “have you thought about a wireless charger” and continue to try and show me chargers. I explained no I have insurance that’s why I’m here.
Long story short they said they only sell products, said I have to go to the You Break It I Fix It store located in snellville or Athens. After leaving I called customer service they explained that all AT&T location are able to assist with insurance claims and they apologized for the inconvenience.
I was given refund towards my next billing cycle and they filled my claim over the phone.

Do not go here. I went to upgrade my phone, and they put two unauthorized monthly charges on my account. The manager is incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I called him out for being rude, he began yelling at me and even stood up out of his chair to yell at me. He then refused to give me his name, and when I asked why, he said, “You’re crazy; there’s no telling what you’ll do.” I told him I only wanted it so I could call corporate.

I have tried 10 different numbers to get in touch with an AT&T agent but no one is available. I moved and they installed my internet in my new address. They used the old device not a new one but I can't seem to make them understand I don't have NEW EQUIPMENT I AM USING MY OLD ONE. THEY ARE CHARGING ME $150 BECAUSE I HAVEN'T TURNED IN MY OLD EQUIPMENT HOW DO I DO THAT WHEN I AM USING IT. IF YOU ARE MISSING THE EQUIPMENT CHECK WITH THE TECHNICIAN THAT INSTALLED MY INTERNET PROBABLY KEPT THE NEW ONE AND YOU ARE CHARGING ME FOR SOMETHING I DON'T HAVE. DON'T GET ANYTHING FROM AT&T THEY ARE SCAMMERS ???

If I could write zero, I would … in all sincerity one out of every four visits to this particular store is nothing but rude. I stood in the store this afternoon not even acknowledged one girl on the phone who got huffy when I finally asked for help stating she was talking to the manager and I said well then you should know if you’re talking to the manager as the manager should also know to say, I will call you back and take care of the person standing there. I’d give anything if there was another available AT&T store in the Monroe area Monroe definitely getting big enough to have one. Honestly, this store pushes me towards Verizon And that saying a lot! I hate giving money for no customer service aka hired personnel that do not understand the definition of service and politeness… You get what you reap because my reaction was not very nice due to frustration as I yet again walked and yet again No assistance from my phone issues.

1 star is really generous.I walked in this location and was greeted with a woman who was polite. I wanted to upgrade my moms phone. She was explaining the process to me. I told her that my mom came in a few days ago and noone explained this process to her. In walks this man and she said I was the one who she talked to. He then tries to explain it with rudeness to find out he was about to add another line to my account without our consent and proceed to charge her $100 for doing so so she could upgrade her phone. $35 for activation and $60 for taxes. I asked my mom did he tell her this up front and she replied no. I said I wasnt doing that and proceeded to leave. He then walked with us out the store and continued talking as if I was talking to shim. This is why they get bad reviews because of attitude at this location

Today Saturday December 30th.. My daughter experienced some rude customer service and unprofessionalism at this location. She walked in the store wasn't greeted at all by none of the sales clerks, but soon as some Caucasians walk in they were greeted right away.. NONE of the black patrons were greeted . I called the store around 430pm to ask to speak to a manager, store associate said he left for the day. I told the young lady my issue and I said we will write a review, because I know At&t will not tolerate this kind of foolishness!!. Get it together folks because theres no place for this type of behavior!! PERIODT!!!
