Came to get a receipt for my phone bill and doors were locked with sign saying gone to lunch. Over an hour later no one is in the store still with same said sign in window. Called corporate office to report I do not have time for this a busy Tuesday afternoon afterwork.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars customer service is horrible they canceled my phone service after the took ported over my number to their company cell service and told me there is nothing they can do they showed 0 concern for my problem Chole did not care after she made the promise that I will be able to keep my number so I can have it for my business had her boyfriend there in the back smoking that’s not and employee trying to talk to me and try to intimidate me they told me there was no way they could get it back but agent calls to customer service they can and they still did not care smh this place is ridiculous

Brittany went above and beyond to help with a very complex problem that had spanned over 5 days. She was extremely patient and professional and even followed up with a phone call before closing to make sure my account was up and running again.
