“Customer service like this deserves to be recognized!
This morning, we had an issue with one of our Exmark zero-turn mowers and I contacted Eric in the service department at Ace Hardware. After I explained what was going on, Eric told me to bring the mower in. Within one hour, they had it diagnosed, repaired, and back in service.
As a small lawn maintenance company, downtime can have a huge impact on our day. Thanks to Eric and Brian, we were able to get the mower back in the field and complete every one of our customers' properties as scheduled.
A huge thank you to Eric and Brian at Ace
Hardware for going above and beyond. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find, and it's greatly appreciated. You guys truly saved the day!”
