Shout out to Amy at Monroe GA branch. She took time to understand my needs and request. She called credit card services for me to do a conference call to help me get to an agent and to help explain my concerns to them. She stayed on the call and simplified the process. This is my personal bank and I love banking with Synovus I never have any problems and they are always very helpful when I have needed something! I do recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good bank and I just got my grandmother to switch and she loves them too!

The manager, Ann, is the best! Every time I need anything, I walk in and ask for her and she always comes through. She knows more about banking, real estate closings, wills, etc. than anyone else I know. I am eternally grateful.

Anytime I have had any issues with my account the staff has promptly resolved them. Very helpful and kind. I’ve been with this bank for almost 10 years and never had any issues. It’s the people at this branch that make banking with Athens First great!

1 800 Customer Service was a big help, if only it matched the Branch actions. Branch needs to let Synovous Customer Service know that this branch is different from ALL other locations.

Let me just say I wouldn't put a penny in this usless bank. Waited 30 minutes for a banker to assist me, then she walks out ask a lady if she needed help who had been there maybe 10 minute . I must have had on the wrong color, ummmm shoes.

I went in to make a deposit at 1:01 pm. I needed to take care of a name change and check ordering issue and was told it would be a few minutes. I just left after 35 minutes of sitting. I usually use another branch but felt like I’d try my local one today. Mistake! I’ve never sat and waited this long for service. Worst experience. I’ll continue to do my banking with the other branch where they actually know my name and help customers in a timely manner.

Why? But why!? Does this atm in monroe NEVER work???? Been a customer for 27 years. I was told the atm was going to be replaced. Like others I work 8:30-5 and depend on atm for transactions. Moving on
