This not for Dunkin this foe the At&t next door to themBut I went into the att store to pick up my ? me and the store manager gotten into it Because I told him that I have been waiting for over 8. Minutes now, for his safe to unlock and his response was that I should have came yesterday. I picked up the phone so. Me and him Hey, exchange words and I have told him that it doesn't matter. When I come, pick up the phone. You are told them 2 minute timer. Cancel my mine because I was adding a line to my account. I told him to cancel my order. And I will go over to Verizon.

whoever the girl was on the order intercom at 8:35 AM today was extremely rude. No hello just “what can I get you”. then cut me off .. so short. Not impressed with her customer service at all.

I have to give a 1 star. I probably won’t come to this Dunkin again. I came in the drive thru yesterday at about 240 or so. I ordered 2 cold brews and a strawberry glazed donut. One cold brew had cold foam, that one was mine. I go to take a sip of my coffee and I feel THIS in my MOUTH!!!! Not a touch of the lips but in my mouth. I have never spit coffee out as fast I did yesterday. Im not getting on the service of this Dunkin because the people who were working yesterday were really polite. But this is disgusting and to me, a clear indication that they don’t check their products.

Hey i made a mobile order this morning at 8:29. i came to pick it up realizing the drive thru was to long for me to get to work in time. so i decide to go inside and pick it up. i am now the third person in line at 8:40. While waiting my turn and the lady in the front is ordering her pumpkin spice goodies, i see a worker behind the counter grab a medium drink off their to go station and start drinking it, i try not to think too much about it. i wait for my turn, thankfully the lady in front of me was getting gift cards so she let me go ahead of her. i tell the lady behind the counter my name and that i have a mobile order and she said she will be right back with it. once she walks out of eye site i hear a girl go "she made that order forever ago". another lady appears at the counter this time asking for my receipt i tell her it's on my phone and go out to my car to get it. i then come inside, in a bigger time crunch that i would have been taking the drive thru, stating that if the coffee isnt made i dont have time to wait. the lady offered me a refund after looking stunned i told her i did not have time and i paid with this with my reward points. im not mad at the way the handle the transaction. offering a refund was the only option since i wasnt waiting for a remake. but i am mad i waited in line for a free coffee i was carving and i have earned after all the times i come here and watched a worker drink it because it took me 10 minutes to get there. I will never be back to this location. I really loved y'all too :(

Very loyal to this location. Go almost daily or at least 3-4 times a week. We'll do drive thru or sometimes we will sit inside and hang out a bit. Everyone I encounter that works here is very kind, my coffee is perfect 99% of the time, and they are so incredibly kind to my 3 year old son. He loves coming in and seeing everyone and they are the same with him. He adores Natalie and she should absolutely get a raise. She talks to my son, and knows everything he likes and wants. Very very good location when it comes to children. This location has me and my family as customers forever. Great job to everyone!

A store in decline!!! FLIES everywhere!!Messed up my order. Dirty floors, cou tertops, and bathrooms. Lack of sanitation and management. And they messed up my order. I used to love this location.
