The customer service was none existent. The store was not organized. When you walk into the store no one greets you at all. I walked in and the cashier looked right at me, and just kept staring. The store is huge they have a clothing department, antique department, kids department, furniture department, library and electronics department.

It’s very Jesus and Christ loving.People who claim they love everyone all & equally, but of course, not surprisingly, I stumble upon a racist statue. Disgraceful. Anyways.Cool items, prices are eh, wouldn’t really recommend for a “thrift store”.Things are kind of dirty & obviously not washed before placing on the sales floor, but you can always wash things once bought so it doesn’t really matter.I’d rate it a 2* or 3* but obviously racist things doesn’t fly.

For all the reviews talking about how high the prices are, have you priced Good Will or Americas thrift store? Hah, the prices at these 2 stores far exceeds the prices I saw at the Fish thrift store. It was also very well organized the day I was there.

This "thrift" store is sporting ridiculously high prices on low quality items for which they pay zero. But even worse, the majority of the employees are among the rudest we've ever encountered. The top-rated rude associate is the one called manager who acts like it is a major inconvenience to give a customer just a minute of time. One reviewer put it well ... this store is overpriced, and the service is snotty. So sad, because things could really be good for everyone. As an update to this review, it has been noted that the workers help themselves to the donations, and this is not ok. We will no longer be donating to this organization.

I've shopped at Fish for several years now , and I've donated to them many of times .. But their prices are getting ridiculous for merchandise that was given to them for free .....

The store was so dirty and disorganized! Prices are almost full retail for used merchandise.

The prices are extremely high. But then they say it's 50% off today. The 50% is only one day a month. The only bargains are the items that are standard prices such as books, CDs, and some jewelry. If you are trying to save money, try HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, or the sale section of your favorite retail store. This place has really gone off the rails in their pricing.

Both locations of the F.I.S.H (Monroe & Loganville) have moved their prices up astronomically. It’s extremely disappointing to see an openly “Christian” store upcharge so much h on donated items to the point that mid-low income people and family’s can’t afford to shop there.Sure, some little dishes or completely broken items are still $0.99, but when furniture is being charged at retail price, home decor items are being charged retail price, etc. not only is there a problem in their business but also their ethics. Example: 8 inch high four panel folding mirror: $89.99 (Loganville location) No distinctive name brand on item not was it vintage. Awful.FAITH in sieving humanity? I think more like FAITH in surging their own pockets. Sheesh. And to quote an employee when I questioned WHY? Regarding the new high prices : “We know we have resellers come in, so we google how much items are worth.”Absolutely atrocious. And to top all this off - they have the AUDACITY to have donation buckets at the front counters. HAH.

This location never fails to shock me with their high prices and the rudeness of the cashier. today i came in and purchased kids books, I also went to the loganville location and purchased kids books by the exact same author and series (for a collection i have) at the loganville location I was charged .25 just like the sign says. At this location I was charged .50 and even though I addressed what the sign said they told me that was wrong and that they were .50.The price difference is no big issue but when I go to both locations in one day and one charges more at one location than the other but they both have the same signs that’s a problem. The cashier I encounter every time I come here always seems to have a bad attitude. I’ll definitely stick to the Loganville location where you can find things reasonably priced and get charged as marked by nice employees.

Prices are a bit high considering items are donated. The staff on site 12-5 Monday a.m. is very pleasant and most helpful.

What a precious thrift shop. Love the way they serve the community and also just loved the ladies who worked there. I will definitely be back

Very organized store front, great place to find second hand furniture items and gently used clothing.

This is a great idea to help people who fall short and hard times but F.I.S.H. has lost their mind with the prices. They have increased the prices on "free" donated good at least 3x maybe 4x what the price should be. They price about $2.00 less from regular stores, so add $2.00 to the cash you have to spend and you can go buy it brand NEW at the retail stores. Looks like F.I.S.H. has gone to far with their inflation price increase. I don't even think some of the items they have are even from the citizens of Walton County. Some of the items look new, (and some are cause the price tags from the original store are still on the item, and then you can see the $2.00 difference I was talking about. You really have to know prices on items or you might pay a little more at F.I.S.H., than if you bought it new at the retail stores.Either way F.I.S.H. NEEDS TO LOWER THEIR PRICES BEFORE THEY SPOIL SOMETHING GOOD FOR THE COMMUNITY.I guess someone has to pay for the newly paved area behind the building where you drop items off. I hope they will consider lowering their over inflated prices. The white chair $89.99 and the coffee table $129.99. I don't go to a second hand donated used items store expecting to pay these prices. An antique mall, maybe but not a "Thrift" store as they are so called named. Used donated items at a thrift store should not cost an arm and leg to buy.

I found a Liftchair in excellent condition that had not been priced. Dee tested, confirmed that it worked and then he quoted a very reasonable price. My 95-year young Mother will love it! The personnel at the Monroe F.I.S.H. are very courteous and efficient! Laine
