Love this store and especially their 'occasion' card selection (and price!!)
Employees are friendly but now you have to wait for someone to ring you up on the SELF SCANS! Been there twice this week and had to wait on long line....would have given this store 5 ? instead of 4!!

I love the items they sell and I love to stop by and see what's new. Today however one of the male employees was very rude and pushed right passed me without even saying excuse me as he was talking very loudly on his cellphone. I'm not sure why he was doing that where customers rang up but I don't know what the rules are for Five Below employees. Either way at least the girl at the register was very nice and even apologized for his rude behavior. Either way I think I might skip out on this location from now on if the employees are going to be so rude and obnoxious.

Went in the Monroe location and was looking for the new Disney Squishmellows. I didn't see them so I called and asked if they would have them today ( the release day) and she said no. I asked when she thought they might be in. She then told me they had the shipment, but hadn't got around to putting them out. I understand restocking takes time, but if something has a specific release date that is marketed by the company, you expect the items to be available. The lady had no care in the world. Shame since it's such a new store. Bethlehem store staff is much more friendly.

Staff is ultra friendly. I was able to find a lot of items that were $1-$2 for a church event. Better quality than the Dollar Tree. The candy is a bit overpriced, but they do have a large selection. The friendly service alone would make me shop here again.
