Everyone was super friendly and nice and helped my husband and I... except for the young woman in paint. We needed to ask where something was and she kept ignoring us and walking away. I get she was busy but she could of took two seconds to ask if we needed anything or had a question then steered us in the right direction. Luckily, the man in appliances was nice enough to answer our question. Customer service is the most important thing in this business and I would think that Home Depot would hire employees who take that seriously. ? Either way, this is a nice Home Depot but I'll be going to Lowe's in Loganville in the future.

Customer service is terrible. Employees are rude and treat hispanics very poorly. In other words, a place full of racists. My dad is building 2 rooms at our house and has been going there to buy thousands of dollars worth of material just to get treated like this ??? & on top of that, one of the cashiers was over charging him $4000 more than what he had to pay today. Luckily, he realized it before paying and told the cashier. I’ll make sure my family never steps a foot in there again.

It's a Home Depot but staff seems to not love their job. Some seem unhappy. Every time I go and can't find something..... The employees don't even know even though they look it up on their handheld. I always look up what I need on my app but this location isn't always correct. I understand things aren't always where they belong but a smile and the willingness to help without an attitude goes a long way with me.

Closes at 10pm but when I got here at 8:50, no parking lot or building lights. At 9:10 when I went to load my stuff up. Had to have someone shine their car lights for me to see. Parking lot and building sign still off and it was dark.

Monroe location really screwed the pooch today.
Not only does the app fail to load the location of items, but today... just wow.
Four employees informed my parents, vehemently, that they had no products whatsoever for wallpapering. They informed them how nobody uses wallpaper, they don't have anything for wallpapering, and they become a joke to them. The four totaling employees didn't even take the suggestion of checking their company paid for phones with the company product location and inventory application.
One particular employee became adamant about it towards my mother, to the point where my she became upset and asked the employee to leave her alone.
My parents managed to get the app to work on thier phones, and located the wallpaper glue, as well as the other supplies that were found on the back wall of the store.
Instead of making all of the purchases, they only purchased the glue. On the way out, an employee they spoke with exclaimed, "You're still here?" A very unprofessional remark to an already upset set of soon to be no longer customers.
Instead of purchasing all of the other products, my parents went to Lowe's. Where the prices were cheaper, and the employees walked them to the items after located it on their devices.
I am so very disappointed with how they were treated. This family will be making the extra ten minute drive to Loganville Lowe's from here on out.

Sometimes the help doesn't help like at other stores??? But I do shop here time to time. Connie is the lady who's helped me in contractor's sales.

We did a pick-up order, and everything was correct. The staff was very nice and helpful. They young man even helped us load it correctly into my suv. Very positive experience.
