Great people and did a great job on my truck! They worked with me and let me bring in my own parts, gave me a free inspection and let me know what else was needed to do in the future but didn’t try to sell me on the things I didn’t need right now. I have been to other diesel shops in GA and AZ, and was impressed by lead foot.

Cannot say enough good things about this business. They fixed my 2003 f350 Sweetwater Softwash truck within a couple days. They are Professional, Knowledgeable, and have amazing customer service. This company has my business and my highest recommendation. Customer for life.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jordan was awesome, I called in and he was so willing to help me process what I need for my duramax. You don't find guys often with this type of customer service. He set me up with the best part for my truck. He shared the skill level of some of the mechanics and I will say that if I have a need, I will be calling Lead Foot Diesel Performance.

I stopped by a month ago to get prices on some upgrades on Gmc 2500HD, the guys where great and knowledgeable. I left my information and a month later no call or anything. Called last week wanting to talk to a manager about the situation and left a voice mail and a week later still no response. Nice people but unfortunately terrible customer service.

Being new to the area I was calling around to local diesel shops to be in preparation for some future work on my truck. I called another local shop that I will not mention and the experience was less than stellar. Going out on a limb I called Lead Foot and was greeted with an extremely professional and welcoming sales staff, I spoke with Vinny and Richie both and they took ample time with me and treated me well. Though I will not be doing any work for a few months due to recovering from the move, I feel confident that I have found the right place. Looking forward to doing future business.

In all my years I think I've only given maybe one bad review to a company ever, I've been sitting on this for a couple of weeks now but I just can't gell but to put this out there in hopes that you guys either A, do better or B, the next person takes better precautions when using this company.Long story short. The communication from this place is absolutely terrible. I was told one thing with different results SEVERAL different times, beginning with dropping my car off and being told it would be looked at the middle of the next week (by Amanda). My truck ended up being there for almost 2 months (due to the absolutely faulty communication of Ricky, who was my contact with this project), I don't mean to sound like a @$$hat, but I just wasn't treated right. They tell you what they need to to get you off the phone. Let's not mention at all that they "found" an issue with the truck, resulting in almost 4000 in repairs only for the issue to NOT be fixed, to be told oh its probably your headgaskets going bad (not what I was told when it was time for injector cups) ..now I have oil all in my coolant box, absolutely was not a thing before the truck was dropped off. So at this point I'm not even sure what was done to my truck for the money I spent. Was billed for 8 qts but truck calls for 10, so not surprised to see "check engine oil level" light on, when picked up. I had to check and add oil myself, after a 3800$? That's not how I run my business. I was recommended by a friend who is no longer with us, and I'd imagine he's turning over in his grave at how this "repair" turned out. Happy new year Lead foot. Please try to do better.

Brought our 2005 2500HD in for new manifolds and exhaust. We worked with Vinny to select the best setup - he made suggestions on the best options and parts based on our budget and needs. We brought the truck in on Monday and it was ready to go Thursday. Quality parts and exceptional service - thank you Charlie for following up with us when we picked up the truck. Fully confident in the expert technicians and quality parts - these are reasons we keep coming back whether we need a basic service or something more. Y’all are awesome! Thank you Leadfoot :)Services: Auto maintenance

i originally called into lfd to convert a 2wd ford e350 to 4wd. upon speaking to a sales rep on the phone he stated a previous customer had placed a deposit on the parts needed and never followed through. i had not even bought the e350 yet so i was simply asking questions to buy it and make everything go smooth. we spoke for about 20 minutes and he assured me they could do the job. i had already had discussions w ujoint and they sell a conversion kit which he said we didn't need. sales rep seemed very very confident but upon dropping the vehicle off after buying it another sales rep was directed to me and said those parts aren't even close to what i need. their was someone sleeping on the couch when we had this discussion and obviously i was confused and upset but very calm. the sales rep to get me out of the office simply took another call rather than trying to figure anything out and showed me the door. i spoke to the manager a couple days later and he was not helpful in any way and blamed me but also said it was possibly an autistic worker in the office pretending to be a sales rep.... this turned crazy very quickly and the manager took zero responsibility for me losing $5000 dollars. i hired a driver, took two days off work and spent $3500 in the e350. devastated obviously and the manager eventually told me to by a gas vehicle of all things to say... i could write even more details of this horrible experience but it just makes me angry and i wanted to share w you what a tragedy this type of shop is. ive asked to speak w the owner several times but they say he is an absent owner and the manager is the best i got. sad but very telling of the times we are in w regards to quality and customer service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I PROMISE THESE GUYS ARE NOT FOR YOU WHEN THINGS FALL APART ---- follow up i never once raised my voice or demanded anyone be fired -- i demanded to speak w the owner which was obvious they didn't want -- they can post a videof my acting like that or post the phone call but they won't bc it never happened! additionally the two young ladies at the receptionist desk will also state that i was not misbehaving yelling or anything bc its on camera and they're not going to risk their jobs over a sales reps lies. i only was inside the office once and its all on camera i have no reason lie.... if the owner simply watches the video the lies will unravel. ✌?❤️

I only called for advice on a motorhome I'm considering, and I spoke w Jordan, who gave me lots of straight up information about working on an E-Series Ford Class-C 6.0 diesel motorhome. Everything is hard to reach. I appreciated his time and all the information, to some random guy just calling on phone. Thank you!

I spoke and worked directly with Vinny and Ricky. Initially I was upset when I was told that the shop would need my truck probably only 2 to 3 days so I dropped it off on a Wednesday. Somehow there was a miscommunication and a part that was needed was not ordered until the following Monday. Overall I am very happy though with the work done and Ricky's determination and dedication to help get a warranty issue through ATS dealt with as timely as possible. I am also very thankful that whatever technician that did the work noticed what he thought was a boost leak and said something so that I could look into it further later. Overall I would return and recommend these guys to others. Thank you LFD team and especially Ricky!

People were very kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Service was what was expected. Just took some time to get to my truck. Once they could look at it, the work was completed in a reasonable time
