I have been bringing vehicles to them for the past 15 years and now all of a sudden they refuse my business because they didn’t like the way I had to handle the claim with my insurance company but last year when my insurance company doubled McDaniel's estimate he sure didn't refuse my business then!~!!!!

Took them a classic truck to paint and do body work on and they happily took it apart, but after 3+ years never put it back together. And the small bit of body work they did do had to be completely redone. Having truck rebuilt at another shop and still finding parts that McDaniel Collision "lost" (and I mean big parts, like fenders). Avoid this shop completely!

Sadly they missed a bunch of fairly light scratches but since I was calling almost daily to see when my vehicle would be ready after 9 days, (promised in 5 days, delivered in 14 days) I'm figuring that since he dropped the deductible he was going to do what he wanted. NEVER again regardless of the deductible.

Recently I was in an accident, got rear-ended. A friend of mine recommended McDaniels Collision Specialist and the work they did was excellent not only that the stuff was great they kept me informed and Mr James McDaniels the owner treated me like family. Just need to say 2 years ago the samething happened and I took it to a major dealership and they didn't do nearly as good of a job as McDaniels Collision. I hope this doesn't happen again, but if it does I know exactly where I'm taking my vehicles to.
