I made a purchase with a salesman over the phone. Unfortunately I was unable to go to Georgia from New Jersey to pick out equipment. I need it. I didn’t want to chair that the haircut stuck in the seat and he suggested exactly 2 that did just that. It is very difficult to clean out. The hair is actually pretty gross because how deep the pockets are on both sides. Also, one of the chairs was supposed to be a shampoo chair that reclines, which turned out to be a styling chair to they sent me a very awkward, curved shape, shampoo chair, which is extremely uncomfortable and not at all practical, especially if you have children or petite people, it’s impossible to put a child booster chair or booster seat for young people to get shampooed I have been waiting on a replacement for months now. I’ve spent enough money at this company that I feel like they have taken advantage, especially with the return policy. There is a place here in New Jersey that drops off their furniture. At least they could do a pay the same respect and have somebody pick up this furniture and refund me the money so I can get the proper seats. Do not get the curved shampoo chair. It is not practical it is very uncomfortable. It’s comfortable for the first couple of minutes but if you’re doing color or if you have shorter people or children in the chair, it’s not gonna work out. Also, the big size chairs that look so beautiful. They capture a lot of hair. Stick to a very simple chair.

Our salon absolutely loves Minerva!I was able to be assisted by Amber on our last order and she was extremely helpful & never annoyed no matter how many times I called to check on our level loyalty vouchers! HahaWe’ve had nothing but great experiences with them!

I have been purchasing my barber chairs from Minerva Beauty for the past 8 years and have acquired over 14 chairs during this time. Their customer service is impeccable, and Alissa is just the best. Minerva is wonderful, their sales representative Amber is great!! I sent my assistant there to pick up some things and she didn’t know where to go but they are always so helpful! I always get my salon equipment from here and it holds up really nice!

We purchased 5 chairs for our salon that get used very regularly. Unfortunately 2 of the chairs the pumps stopped functioning properly. Not expecting much since they are commercially used and a year old, I called and spoke with Aime in their warranty department. She was fantastic and is sending 2 new pumps out for us. They chairs are wonderful and the stylist love them, so I was really happy we could continue to use them. Thanks for your great service Amie and Minerva!

Marie has been incredibly helpful every step of the way! Very knowledgeable about the products, and has worked on making sure my items will arrive by the time I need them. I recently had the experience of working with Emily from Customer service and She was so helpful and knowledgeable and so kind to my husband and myself. She is truly and asset to the Minerva Company. She was so helpful in helping to solve our problem and did it in a timely manner. I have bought furniture from Minerva Beauty recently as well as in the past and I have been very pleased. It is nice to know that there are still a few companies out there to who will continue their support to their customers like Minerva Beauty, unlike other competitors. I contacted Minerva to ask some questions about a stand behind shampoo system and I ended up on the phone with a sweet lady named Amber. She was super patient, answered all my questions, processed my order and the entire conversation with her seamless. She even followed up the next day to let me know that my order had made it to the warehouse. If you need any assistance, call and ask for Amber. She’s a JOY!!!
