I opened a business account for my business at the Monroe branch Pinnacle about a year ago. The level of customer care I have gotten from Ammie and Luanne has been top notch! This bank gives you the “small town” banking experience where they all know your name when you walk in, while still providing you all the services and benefits that a larger bank could provide. If you are opening a business account and are considering Pinnacle, I highly recommend stopping by the Broad Street branch and speaking to one of the two ladies I mentioned above!

Won’t let me deposit checks, won’t explain why, does not do a good job about contacting you when they are changing card providers, you are never able to withdrawal enough money in a day, and they will block your card whenever. I have never had to call a bank so many times. It’s just frustrating all the functions they give you, but half the time your card or account is locked

Racist tellers they greet customers that are not a minority! There attitude socks especially towards black women! I do not recommend this branch!

Force closed my accounts for no reason. Ladies at the branch speculated it was because I had too many Zelle transactions coming in and out. Guess I missed the part where you can only have so many zelle transactions. Ever have a financial institution make you feel like a criminal, because they have done a good job at making us feel that way. Just thankful they are not my main bank, they were just my local bank.

Don't EVER try to make an ATM cash deposit on a Saturday afternoon. It's Monday, 8:30am I cannot access the funds to pay my bills. POOR ATM service
