Force closed my accounts for no reason. Ladies at the branch speculated it was because I had too many Zelle transactions coming in and out. Guess I missed the part where you can only have so many zelle transactions. Ever have a financial institution make you feel like a criminal, because they have done a good job at making us feel that way. Just thankful they are not my main bank, they were just my local bank.

Don't EVER try to make an ATM cash deposit on a Saturday afternoon. It's Monday, 8:30am I cannot access the funds to pay my bills. POOR ATM service

Increasingly dissatisfied. I’ve been with them since 2012, and up until really this last year I’ve been happy with them. They regularly have problems with the app or online banking going down for a day or two but this past week it was out from Monday afternoon to Thursday afternoon. Not only did we have problems getting on but my parents who have their business checking account with pinnacle also couldn’t get on. So we had to base our spending based on what we last saw on Monday and so when we were finally able to check our balance yesterday, I was expecting to see it in the red because our insurance came out but the only thing should’ve been the insurance(it takes an act of Congress to get our insurance company to change the date) . We should’ve been around 0 when the insurance came out, but there was an extra roughly $50 showing in the negative. The only thing we figured is something that got taken out last week posted this week after pending for a week. So because of that we got charged $120 in overdraft fees. I’m going to be calling later to see about getting some of that reversed. After all how can they rightfully charge someone overdraft fees when for the large majority of the week they haven’t been able to access their account and see what’s going on? But if not I will be switching banks shortly. I hope they wisen up soon, so many other banking options out there. Banks that don’t hold your money for 2 days before releasing it to you. Banks that don’t regularly have problems with their online banking. Pinnacle used to be great, now I’d put them in the same category as Bank of America.
