Bought beams from Doug and they turned out great. Traveled down in the morning, picked my beam, and he had them denailed, ripped, and had be back on the road by lunch. Will shop here again!

Needed some wide brackets to hold a large barn beam for our mantle. When I visited the shop, I was reluctant as to if these would work. They were perfect! Thank you for your help. 8X8X4

Great product that fit my project perfectly. I used them as baseboard and casing trim and it turned out even better than I planned . The boards are nicely trimmed without removing the patina that makes them unique. They were shipped fast and well packaged . I’m looking for more projects to use Rustic Roots wood.

I had a wonderful experience at Rustic Roots. Everyone was very nice and helpful. There was a huge selection of hand hewn mantles to choose from and I found exactly what I was looking for my fireplace. Doug was amazing! He also had the correct mounting bracket and gave me specific instructions on how to mount it. Communication was great all through my project. I’ll be heading back for a couple of other pieces. I highly recommend Rustic Roots! I couldn’t be happier!

We had a fireplace built in our home and went to Rustic Roots to buy a mantle. It is a beautiful piece of cedar. They cut it the length we wanted & with the remaining piece my husband made the corbels. Doug, the owner, was a pleasure to work with & is very knowledgeable about all the different types of wood he sells. I’m so glad we found this business!

Doug represents the very best in customer service! From our first call, he was courteous and polite, answering most of my questions immediately. What he could not answer, he followed up promptly with photos and measurements. He hired a driver to deliver the wood with same day service. The driver, Andy, was equally impressive, and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Rustic Roots!

My experience with Rustic Roots was amazing. I let Doug choose the wood for my job and the choice could not have been more perfect. I followed it up with choosing 2 mantles that are also amazing. The entire project was reasonably priced and very affordable. I could not give Rustic Roots a stronger recommendation.

Our experience at rustic roots was amazing!! It is like no other place around. Their kindness and expertise helped my husband and I pick the perfect manels for our forever home. We also fell in love with their custom made dining room table that we can't wait to use this holiday season! If you need something beautifully custom made out of wood this is the place. Rustic Roots Reclaimed in Monroe, GA built us a stunning custom white oak reclaimed wood table (77”x42”) with metal base legs and a reclaimed beam runner. Walking into the expansive and unique store space we were met with friendly staff who showed us the wall of mantels to choose from. After selecting a few options we got a few ideas of how to mount for the look we wanted. While we waited for our mantel to be cut to the length we needed, the owner Doug gave us the history of the piece we purchased and a quick rundown on the best way to prepare and mount using the floating shelf bracket. His advice made the installation a breeze. We will be back for our next reclaimed wood project needs!
