Staff are caring, knowledgeable, and take pride in doing the best job possible for each customer. They are very busy and have many vehicles under repair but not one time did I feel rushed or invisible. They answered my questions and handled everything through my insurance. While i hope I never need their services again, I'm glad to know where to go if I do!

These before and after pictures tell the whole story. Our car was backed into and it severely damaged the passenger rear door. We dropped it off on October 31 and we were told it could be about a two week repair process which was disappointing, but didn’t seem that ridiculous. About 2 to 3 days into the repair they sent me a text. Update to let me know that they had a new estimated completion date for November 12. It made me very happy to be receiving such high-quality consistent communication through the text updates. Then I was very surprised when on November 6 I got a phone call saying that the vehicle is gonna be ready the following day! And just look at the photos. They did a great job! I work in the insurance world and there are times where I feel I need to steer away from companies that are recommended by the insurance company, but I’m very thankful that Allstate told me about this local business. Only five minutes up the road from me. I highly recommend them to anyone who has collision repair needs.

I had such a great experience here! They fixed my bumper perfectly, it looks brand new. The work was done in a timely manner, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. The staff was very kind and professional, and the communication was excellent from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repairs!

Highly recommend sky collision in monroe ga to anyone! Last Thursday we had our window busted out by a landscaping company. Took it to sky collision they were so nice and Compassionate. They vacuumed the remaining glass and wrapped our window until we decided on what we were going to do! The truck was taken back up there it took a little longer than expected but that was because of waiting for parts to arrive. When I picked it back up they had done a beautiful job! I was again met with such Compassion and welcoming atmosphere. They were very helpful with the entire process. No complaints at all! Though the landscaping company were giving a little trouble they gracefully took care of the calls too!

I would definitely recommend sky collision in MONROE Georgia. William took care of me personally he got my car back in top-notch condition. Fair prices and all services done in a timely manner! They did also clean/vacuum out my car which was completely unexpected! I worked with Mike and had a great experience overall getting repairs done here. I highly recommend them!

Owner rude as hell. Told me 2 weeks took 5 weeks cost me 2 thousand extra dollars sorry as hell. Didn't put pin stripes back on truck. Didn't put bull bar back on my truck just put in bed of truck and charged insurance company. Go somewhere else.....

Sky Collision is a well run business! We had our car repaired this past week and it looks better than it did when we purchased it. Josh (personally) took us under his wing and ensured that the job was done perfectly, timely, within our budget & (most of all) competently. Amanda & Mandy treated us like family. The entire atmosphere at Sky Collision was unique. Every worker we encountered smiled, exuded friendliness & went "above & beyond the call of duty" to ensure we were well taken care of from start to finish. They even offer veterans a break on the price. How many businesses still do that? Sky Collision is a "CLASS ACT".
