I love this post office. The staff couldn't be any nicer and the customers are just as nice, holding doors open for you, saying hello, etc.

My experience with the USPS is terrible. They have one main job and that is to deliver the mail on time. I am still waiting on a package that arrived in Atlanta on April 4th. I mailed my taxes to my accountant two weeks ago and they still haven't received them. When you call the Monroe Post Office, the phone rings and rings and then hangs up. And now they want another increase in first class mail. NO WAY. They need to fire the postal general DeJoy. Since he's been there, the entire postal service has gone in the toilet.

I paid 40 bucks for an overnight mail. Two days later its still sitting where it was mailed in Augusta. Dennis is totally useless!

I think that they don't realize they are here to serve the public. The elderly gentleman (Dennis) at the front desk can be a bit arrogant. I always frown when I have to go there because of the wait time and added stress when dealing with the front counter staff. Never a pleasant experience

A guy Denise that works in there is the most rude unprofessional guy I've ever been in my life he treats you like trash and garbage and I want to put a official complaint in on them but you can't really do it

I tried being nice. I gave out cold bottled water during the summer and gift cards for Christmas but I have had with this post office.I do all my shopping online. Most of my packages are UPS or Amazon but the rare occasion I have a USPS package delivery I get a notice that the carrier tried to deliver and no one was home...outright lies. I don't know if this incompetence or laziness. If you don't want to deliver, quit.My dad was a 30 year postal carrier and he never had any complaints because he delivered everything.Worst post office ever.

I tried being nice. I gave out cold bottled water during the summer and gift cards for Christmas but I have had with this post office.
I do all my shopping online. Most of my packages are UPS or Amazon but the rare occasion I have a USPS package delivery I get a notice that the carrier tried to deliver and no one was home...outright lies. I don't know if this incompetence or laziness. If you don't want to deliver, quit.
My dad was a 30 year postal carrier and he never had any complaints because he delivered everything.
Worst post office ever.
