“Everyone is always very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I feel confident that they’re taking the best possible care of my cat. I switched to Monroe Animal Care after they showed so much kindness and compassion when I needed help with a stray cat who was very sick. Now I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my own cat”

“Dr. Don DeLong is by far the absolute greatest exotic pet Veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure to know. He has an incredible beside manner and wraps you up in his joyfulness. You makes you feel like family and has such compassion. His understanding and indepth research on exotics is mind blowing. He carries himself with confidence yet grace and is so, so kind. He takes care of my aged guinea pig that I adore and treatesd him like King Tut. He pulled out all the bells and whistles in treating him and we had a successful surgery removing a tumor. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL as well and always helpful and friendly. This is a one in a million practice and I am forever greatful.”

“Faster now with the retirement of some leadership, but definitely lost that friendliness he brought. Still the best prices and staff in town though. Dont get it twisted.”

“Everyone here was very nice. My dog is difficult with people and they are very understanding. Dr Anderson was great. Very informative. Hayleigh, the groomer is great. For these reasons, I drive from Winder to this vet.”
