I have switched pharmacies now. They could never get things on schdule also I waited 5 minutes to get some allergy medication behind the counter no one else was in line and no one acknowledged I was there and then when I said something the lady said I am aware you are there I will be with you when I am ready. Terrible Customer service . I went right across the street to CVS in the amount of time I was waiting the CVS pharmacy consulted me got the right allergy medication checked me out and was polite. Do better Walgreens !

left scratchers in store and sheana a retail associate found them for my mom and I. I bought her ice cream and a soda for her time. great store for pictures and hanging out with friends.

They gave me the wrong prescription. The.Wrong. Prescription. They said it was fine and brushed it off, but I didn't trust them considering... I took a picture as proof and a picture of my info, of what it should have been,but it's got the guys full name on it and address so I won't post it. I don't plan on ever going back. Please be careful and check your meds if you use their pharmacy! It had to go through at least 3 or 4 peoples hands and still no one noticed. That's very dangerous to say the least

I wish I could give zero star.I went to take a passaport picture and the picture didn't look good.I asked if I could take another one before she print it.She totally ignored my request and said " i have been seeing worse" and went behind the counter and printed the pictures.I said but I didn't like the way my eyes looked but they didn't care at all.I so hope the owner could read this review and talk to the lasy employes

Head pharmacist Hong Ngoc T. (Which, I was lied to when I called the store to asked for head pharmacist name, by a pharmacy tech or cashier??) is a very hateful person with NO CONCERN with patients.A cancer patient that I know went in to get his pain meds. She called his name out loud along with the prescribing doctor's name and said he'd have to wait two more days I'm a nurse you are allowed a couple days early this was 12 hours early. Not to mention HIPPA.... SHE'S NEVER BEEN NICE TO ANYONE THAT I'VE SEEN.

Rude. Samaiya at the customer service desk was on the phone gloating about working at Walgreens and able to get a Plan B and explaining to the person on the phone that’s it’s something to take if you don’t want kids. This is her business and her choice, but she was just being disrespectful about it. I was there buying pregnancy test. No longer have my business.

The worst! They will throw away your partial refills. Hold prescriptions in progress for days.

I made an appointment to get a work required vaccine. Showed up early to check in and had already filled out the paperwork online. I waited for an hour and a half! I finally asked the attendant how much longer it would be and he said another "minute or two". I gave them 10. Still no vaccine. So I left. They called me 2 hours after my set appointment and said they were ready finally but I'm over it now. Why make people set appointments if you're not going to honor them? I know they're busy but I have things to do also. I'll be going to Walmart and I will not be recommending this Walgreens to any of my patients.
