I can’t get a prescription filled that I’m paying for without the pharmacists getting upset over-the-phone on me. I ask a question to make sure I hear a time right and I hear a loud breath, like seriously,😳 whoa is it still safe to take the medication??? Should I wait now a whole day for the next pharmacy to open and buy different prescription from the other pharmacy? Where’s it safe to buy a DRUG I’m SUPPOSED to be taking???! The pharmacists can be rude to me right?!? And let me be clear, bc I’ve never been rude to anyone here and haven’t even lived in this city more than 6 months and I see this place has 2 stars, that’s not good at all for a CVS,

Store not open on time. Sign says 8am. It's 9:53am the lights are on and the doors are locked . Cars are in the parking lot waiting. Not good business.

Customer service was trash Philip the physician on duty was very rude I was in drive thru the wait time was long and I asked for assistance he told me some rushed information and was very combative at the window when I’m just trying to understand what he is saying after he wouldn’t repeat himself he rushed me out the drive thru and told me to come inside I get inside I told him I was going to report for him being rude and combative at the window he got even more combative and very loud never have I ever been treated like this at cvs the other techs helped at the end because they saw what was going on I’m appalled at this behavior

I actually never have an issue here and I've been going here over a year now. I love the pharmacy and my meds are always ready I never wait long and they are always pleasant. This is a very small town so it can be expected that it may be a little short handed but they still manage very well I appreciate all they do and am very thankful.

Getting through to a real person is very difficult. Then when calling the actual store in a location, the preson you finally get does not know the answer to any questions, and are probably not even at the location. Customer service is terrible and doing business there becomes so difficult it may not be worth the added stress and required extra time. It is inconsiderate.

Manager got in my moms face in front of other customers because she asked about a rain check. Pharmacy customer service is horrible! Needs new management and pharmaceutical reps!

Customer service is GREAT wait times are really outrageous for the phone service help and the drive thru is suppose to be quick its extremely long wait times at the drive thru and inside

The pharmacy service is unexceptable, the people in the pharmacy have VERY NASTY, RUDE, AND DISGUSTING ATTITUDES, and to add on they are SOOO SLOW, if I had the option to rate no stars I would choose it because they don't even deserve that❗ If you are reading this please trust and believe me they are not worth your valuable time.

people are sometimes off the mark and management dont always see the attitude of employees so training is vital because young people today has to be check They dont comprehend how they get pd or how they get a check j they are lost n the first place . tell the manager so he or she can check their employees my experience has been descent cashiers can be a little slow but thats ok

Customer courtesy is terrible! Cashiers are Not coupon friendly and are not educated on them and do not want to be bothered to do it right.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Service, actually NO SERVICE AT ALL.. AND THE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER WORKING THERE AND THE PHARMACIST ACTED LIKE I WASNT EVEN THERE..I was THE ONLY ONE STANDING AT THE COUNTER...the only one at the pharmacy.. she helped the person at the car drive thur and I kept on STANDING & WAITING... she seen me and look away... the paharmacist seen me as well.... and they didnt even acknowledge me...she finally came to the counter took my license and laid them on another counter and walked away... she then looked at some papers with the pahramcist and then a car came up and she went to the window and would not even take care of me, I literally had stood ther for 15 minutes... he did not even care... I kept standing there and I said to her just give me my license back she would not give them to me... I went back to get my license and the pharmacist handed them to me and he didnt say one word.. Not even I am sorry, please forgive me..HE SAID NOTHING... I SAID THIS IS WHY I DONT AND WILL NOT EVER USE CVS AND I WALKED OUT..THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE. If you are reading this you should be ashamed how you take care of your customer, I can understand if you are full of people AT THE COUNTER... BUT I WAS THE ONLY ONE STANDING... I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR YOUT TO FILL ANYTHING... I ONLY WANTED ADVIL COLD & SINUS MED..IF you were working this morning, you are going to run CVS in the ground.,... if I owned CVS both of you would be fired... I will be contacting the coprorate office... they can pull the video and look at it... it will show what I am saying is true.... I have NEVER EVER been treated like this before at a pharmacy or any other place... so CVS say goodbye... Walgreens and Rite Aide and the local pharmacy will take all your business. So if your looking for a good pharmacy dont go here.... the people working on March 8, 2013 at 9:00 am dont care. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE DISTRICT MANAGER..
