They are awesome, they went out of the way truly to help us find what we need. Most places don't emphasize that kind of customer service anymore and we do appreciate them so much. “I moved to Vienna about 2 months ago I go to this. Store probably 2 to 3 times a day not much in Vienna you see. I stay in Dollar general I'm from Perry and I stay in Dollar general so much that a friend of mine said we're going to have to have an intervention. Lol. However I went in this one when we first moved here every night at 9:00 they were closing they didn't care they weren't opening the door up they just closed so when I called home office because I get off late and would like to be able to go in and get my stuff that time and now. how was your night I went in there he's usually a bigger lady in there she's a manager I don't know her name but she's very nice it was a smaller one there tonight and there's a new guy working there and he is just clueless. I spent $80 in the store tonight and I didn't bring my cash with me so I was $7 short and had to put that back which is fine with me be screws at me hey what did you say you were going to go take a bath I sit at home and you showed me this bad stuff to take a bath with it was great you know. However I was $7 short on my order. I don't know how other people do it but I was embarrassed to death and they're trying to get home and no one is opening up another register and there's 10 people behind me and none of them are happy about it I apologize for the manager she looks at me like I'm Satan. And the young man's knew he doesn't know what to do so I was made to feel like I was , well I don't know how to word it but it was bad maybe you're employee should have to have some kind of confidence when they're working but I guess until then you will make sure you do it”
