“Upon arrival at 12:16, I was told at the window that my medication had not been received. After calling the doctor's office, they advised that the prescription was sent in at 9:06 am. Regrettably, the staff here appears to be underperforming, as I have never encountered such a delay in obtaining my medication previously.”
