Great Hotshot Trailer . Best at it ! Located in Montezuma, Ga . Had a great experience with them . Fully Equipped and is working in spectacular conditions ! Would definitely purchase another in the upcoming future .

Got the trailer less than a year ago done had to change leaf spring. The bolt that hold the leaf spring was tak welded which made it difficult to change out on the side of the road … fast forward to last week I was on the way from North Carolina and I’m being told by my driver that my brake light was on for that pass 4 miles I then get notification on my dash saying my trailer is disconnected… I get it to a shop and they tell me the manufacturer (Swartz) wired my trailer plug wrong… they had ground wire where the brake gose and brake where ground goes since I’ve had the trailer it’s been problems every other month the trailer has been running like this which caused the brakes and brake drum to go out and cost me 2k with parts and labor I called for reimbursement but never got a call back I wouldn’t buy from this place again….

Company does not pay its suppliers, all lines of communication have been cut off. Would not recommend doing business with companies that operate like this.

As soon as the 1 yr warranty expired, nothing but wiring problems. They claim to fix the problem and it isn't fixed. For such a high dollar purchase, a 1 yr warranty is not adequate, but probably in place because of incompetent employees and they know they don't have to do superior workmanship to make it last past 1 year. Shameful considering that many of those using their trailers are on the roads and need to comply with DOT regulations. Maybe DOT needs to be alerted to shoddy workmanship. Too bad they don't have more pride in their product and have more interest in being at the top of the industry. The true review isn't how many give it high stars because they had no problems. The true review is those who have issues and how they service and handle the issues.

They make cheap trailers,if you’re using it for hot shot don’t buy it, they use Chinese cheap parts that you can’t find anywhere and you’re stuck for weeks looking for parts

Worst trailer I ever owned, I told them to put dexter axle but they put Rockwell,can’t find parts and it breaks every 2 months had so many problems with this trailer,spent thousands of dollars

I have purchased several gooseneck trailers from Swartz Trailers in the past year, each of the trailers exceeded my expectations in quality and in appearance. The staff was a pleasure to deal with and they delivered my trailers with-in the time frame we had agreed-upon with no issues. I will gladly buy from them again and do recommend their trailers

For all your Hot Shot trailer needsCon: Company doesn't uphold trailer warranty. So if something happens to your axle because of the road conditions be prepared to pay out of pocket to get it fixed
