I dropped my truck off on December 16th and was told it would be looked at between December 18th–22nd. That never happened. The truck sat there untouched and undriven the entire time. I was repeatedly told my vehicle was “next,” yet another week passed with no work done. I also never received promised calls and had to follow up myself. I eventually picked up my truck on December 31st in the same condition it was dropped off. If the shop did not want or could not take on the job, I would have appreciated being told upfront. Due to the lack of communication and follow-through and not working on my truck , I would not recommend this shop.

My truck had a skip and was not running smooth as it usually does. KEM was able to get us in and find that an injector was dropping out right away. I Am thankful because we had a trip planned and needed our truck to pull our trailer. I had heard great things but I am very impressed at the professionalism and turn around time that KEM provided.
