The response with salesman was very good. He really help me, I wants a red car and he made sure I got a red car. Claudio. I didn’t didn’t know what kind of car just a red kind. 2019 Ford Edge and I love my car. I do thank God for enabling me to get my Red Ford Edge.❤️❤️❤️

This was my 1st service visit. I didn't wait too long in line but it would have helped to get instructions on what to do when I arrived in the multiple emails and texts I received prior to my appointment. Service staff was friendly and polite. Café was clean and comfortable. I didn't mind the wait. Young man who checked my car in, and after service was complete, took me to my car was very nice and helpful. Brianna was also very nice and knowledgeable. However when I got home it was apparent that the rear trunk area was not vacuumed as part of the complimentary car wash. Otherwise it was a good experience. 👍

Had a wonderful A1 experience from vehicle pick up, to drop off.. appreciate the advisor keeping me updated, and adding the open Recalls and getting them done during my schedule maintenance

My son-in-law's work was terrible. They couldn't fix the car, they kept it for too long just to look at it, and then they left it worse than before. Honestly, I'm very dissatisfied with you.I'll have to find another dealership that does the work on my cars.

My car was at the service center for 2 weeks. During this time I was told that the 1st solution to fix the car was not the correct one, so after waiting for the parts to come in for the1st situation ( that didn’t work) I was told that the solution was something else entirely. Also during this time I was the one calling to get updates. The service tech only kept me updated because I contacted her
