“Oh, where do I begin! What a wonderful business with first class service! Last Friday, I was driving my partner’s truck to the airport and, in my haste, topped off the fuel tank with gas instead of diesel. About ten miles down the road I could tell something was off, at which point I mentally replayed the stop at the gas station and immediately knew I’d made a HUGE error. I quickly pulled off and called a couple of shops near me. Neither of them worked on diesel engines, but the second one told me to call Barber. “They’re honest and they’ll do right by you.” AND THEY DID!
This could have been a horribly stressful time but Ben was such a pro and was a calm in the storm. I had the truck towed and within an hour and a half of the discovery I was back on my way to the airport.
For the duration of this situation, I’ve been communicated with regularly, and they have provided very detailed and itemized pricing for the services needed. Luckily enough for me, all I needed was to drain the lines and clean the filters and I was good to go. They did discover another issue that needed immediate attention and were able to take care of that while the truck was still in the shop.
This is a professional business. They are worthy of the trust given to them by their customers. Don’t think twice if you need service - this is the place!”

“My AC will not work in my Honda Accord. I had somebody put in a new compressor, change the belt, and charge the freon. But my AC just blew hot air. Could not figure it out . But when I took my car to S&M Auto a mechanic by the name of Grenada took it apart and realize that, when my AC was put in, it was put in wrong, and one of the pins was bent. He was able to straighten the pin out and save me tons of money. I am taking my car back there if I have any more problems and I will suggest you do the same??”

“Would've given 5 stars but this place lacks customer service. They fortunately had the parts needed to replace my brake pads for my 2012 BMW 5 series. It did not take them a long time to replace my rear brake pads and sensor. I was totally impressed. I initially went to the one off Jonesboro Road but they didn't have the "special tool" even though I called and was asked the year and model of my vehicle. I will be back but I'll know not to expect much when it comes to customer service. You can beat the prices if you have a foreign vehicle.”

My BMW broke down on my visit to Atlanta. Mr. Raoul advised that I needed to replace ignition coils. My New Orleans mechanic agreed when I called him & explained the performance of the car.
Mr. Raoul & his staff ordered the parts and repaired my car within 24 hours. They were professional, efficient, friendly, and the price was reasonable. I was so lucky that they were recommended to me!
