“Thank God I purchased the tire warranty and rotation. Air kept leaving my right tire and turns out I had a nail in it. “Excellent service and care was provided by Tom at Barber Auto. Our car started smoking on I-75 in our way to Florida. Tom helped us through every step with detailed information on the phone. It turned out to be a seized calliper just like my husband thought. Tom ordered them right away after talking to my husband on the phone before it was even towed over. He recommended a good and safe hotel, and got us back on the road the next day. He turned what could have been a nightmare into a okay situation. “Would've given 5 stars but this place lacks customer service. They fortunately had the parts needed to replace my brake pads for my 2012 BMW 5 series. It did not take them a long time to replace my rear brake pads and sensor. I was totally impressed. I initially went to the one off Jonesboro Road but they didn't have the "special tool" even though I called and was asked the year and model of my vehicle. I will be back but I'll know not to expect much when it comes to customer service. You can beat the prices if you have a foreign vehicle.”

“My 2011 VW GTI, was experiencing abnormal electrical issues after the engine was replaced 6 months ago in a different state. The issue was causing my coolant gauge to be faulty, and a couple of engine light codes. I tried everything I could to resolve this issue with a little DIY, but I was unable to see positive feedback. From a mutual family member, I was recommended to come here. Viet ,the mechanic, was understanding, and also explained to me exactly how the issues occurred, which was the electrical wiring hardness. The results were fast and were fixed in 1 day. I also want to express that the receptionist, chelsee presented every single details on the repairs. She gave me options and the outcomes of the repairs, leading me to a positive view on my car. Additionally I gotten my radiator fans replaced at the same time, leading to yet another victory.
