“Had the best experience at the TireMax this past weekend when I got a flat on a long drive. Carlos & team were incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially when I gave the wrong tire size, they were quick to run back out and help me find/get the correct size. Start to finish the tire purchase & replacement took maybe 30 minutes. Fast & friendly service, would absolutely recommend this business to anyone in need of service on the road.”

My New Orleans mechanic agreed when I called him & explained the performance of the car. Mr. Raoul & his staff ordered the parts and repaired my car within 24 hours. They were professional, efficient, friendly, and the price was reasonable. I was so lucky that they were recommended to me! Thank you Mr. Raoul and your Ameri staff. Y’all are wonderful!!”

“Would've given 5 stars but this place lacks customer service. They fortunately had the parts needed to replace my brake pads for my 2012 BMW 5 series. It did not take them a long time to replace my rear brake pads and sensor. I was totally impressed. I initially went to the one off Jonesboro Road but they didn't have the "special tool" even though I called and was asked the year and model of my vehicle. I will be back but I'll know not to expect much when it comes to customer service. You can beat the prices if you have a foreign vehicle.”

“They are always there when I need them. I really appreciate this shop. They are always reasonable and I might be a frequent flyer right now but they are fixing a used car I got in 2021. So none of what they tell me is a surprise. Even if im upset they try to help with the emotional support in that moment too. I’m just very happy to have a mechanic, family owned shop, I can trust.”
