I was taken care of in the best way.I visited this O'Reilly Auto parts at this location at 1915 Mount Zion Road for the first time.The manager Sky came out, he took a look at what was going on with my car, and he was able to solve both problems without me having to purchase anything.I came in to figure out what size bolts I needed to fix a piece that had gone loose. He said, using the bolts and nuts that are already there, you can fix this without needing to buy anything else.The hood also wouldn't pop open by itself. Another person at another store said I had to replace it.He said, look, if you spray some WD-40 it should be perfect again, and if not, come back, and I'll help you get the piece you need.I appreciate the speed, skill, and honesty he had, and I'm definitely coming back here for my future car needs.”

By dinnertime, Antonio called to walk me through a ridiculously easy, stress-free financing process. They were all so flexible and professional. I felt my business was valued and appreciated.
