Jason was the best! I previously had reservations with the Stockbridge location and the young lady was very rude. Called the morrow location and Jason took care of me. If you’re looking to rent from Avis go to the Morrow location and ask for Jason. Very helpful and polite

My rental experience was horrible. My family and I were very dissatisfied. The rental was not detailed, I ask for non-smoking and I got a smoking rental, duck tape was on windshield and the air vents had a bad odor.The rental that was giving to us shouldn't have been rented. The customer service was even horrible when I arrived the lights were out and the representative didn't demonstrate the operation of the rental.

I had a wonderful time car shopping with Joel. We arrived and realized there were some mixups from the third party company the use to make appointments and some inventory was not available that we didn’t know about. However, Joel helped find me a great car and exactly what I was looking for. He was patient and ready to help all the time. And they gave us a great deal on a great car. Thanks Joel!!!

I requested a full size vehicle and was given a different vehicle, that was dirty, didn't have a full tank of gas, it had several stretches and dents. My personal vehicle was in the shop, that's way I needed to rent for a couple of days. But under normal circumstances I wouldn't drive the vehicle they gave...I also, paid for a navigation system the location didn't offer in any of their vehicles. Extremely disappointed....

As a first time car buyer at Avis I must say no better place to truly go to own your own car the manager was indeed very friendly and made sure I got what I wanted and Ms PURNELL Joel y’all get at him when you go there he very professional and again he also makes sure u get your needs I was approve in one day and payment is reasonable monthly I would definitely say Avis is the place to go

Labor Day weekend the young gentleman that assisted me in getting me into a vehicle was extremely helpful and professional.Went above and beyond the call of duty. Kudos. The manager on duty sunday when i returned the vehicle was also on point and courteous. Top Notch Employees!!!!!!!

I am highly upset and disappointed with Avis! I reserved a car from this location. Was sent a confirmation email TO MAKE SURE I PICK MY VEHICLE. I arrive at the location to retrieve my care and when I get there the guy is so nonchalant and says “ughhh oh” “ummm you should have received a phone call we ain’t got no cars! My credit card was charged and you’re telling me it’s no cars!!!!I am so confused how you are able to reserve a car from this location and “they have no cars available”. On top of not having great customer service and calling the customer to make sure they know and don’t waste time coming there. I call customer service and they tell to go to another location that’s down the street. Before I waste my gas I call to see “Mays Shopping Center” to see if they have cars because the customer service reps tell me they have them. So once I call the location the lady tells me “oh no we don’t have any”! I’m like how are you saying you have no cars but on the app and website I’m able to reserve cars! I’mVery disappointed with AVIS! What makes this whole situation crazy! I am an out of towner! So I will never use a Avis branch if it’s not from the airport. They still took my money and I don’t have a car to drive home

TERRIBLE!Made an online reservation 10 days prior, PRE-PAID for the entire 8 day rental. Got a call from our original p/u location in Stockbridge, GA 18 hrs before due to p/u car that they were out of vehicles. Called the reservation line, who reassured us the Morrow, GA location would have a vehicle for us. They changed our p/u location to Morrow, GA.Arrived Saturday 7/8 at 11:45 AM, 15 mins prior to noon p/u time, to find the location locked and all employees were gone!!!! DURING BUSINESS HOURS!Was told by Avis Car Sales employees (business next door) that's what they do when they run out of cars....lock up & go home! No notification sent to us, the customer! Absolutely absurd.Cancelled w/ Avis and now they won't refund my money for 8-10 business days!Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessional, terrible service.Frankly am surprised they are still in business, considering how horribly they treat their customers.

The employees help get this rating four stars. They are professional and always helpful. I would like to see more variety of vehicles for selection. Unfortunately, this location have mostly SUVs which is not my preference. Cars are limited to Kias. Avis has car sales at the same location. Perhaps some of those vehicles can be used for rentals.

They have been awesome. I've been needing a rental car for about six weeks now, and until I can buy car I will continue to need a rental, and they have just been great. I would recommend them any day.Since the general public is not allowed to comment on people's reviews, I'm going to make one or two points here that I believe people will find important if they are reading some of the more negative reviews.It may look like there's a lot of cars there for rent but please note they have a very small section that is rental most of the cars are Avis sales, which means they are no longer available for rental use. That would be so they can purchase newer vehicles for you to rent. Secondly I'm sure this is not the only business you have ever dealt with where the computerized side and The human side somehow did not connect. Just because there was a glitch in the technical systems of the Avis corporation as related to the morrow rental, does not mean those wonderful employees are responsible for the glitch. Reservations done through the app or online go through a corporation computer system, and there's no way to guarantee that it updates in real time, even if it is supposed to.So please let me repeat myself from the beginning of my, at the Morrow Avis they are awesome.! If you are expecting the world no rental location our company will provide it.And for the person who said they didn't get their fees back in a timely manner, that is your bank not Avis. I started a new reservation yesterday, and my security deposit was back in my account by end of day.
