I've been calling for months, trying to make my dog an appointment. Not only do they not answer the phone, but their answering machine will not let you leave a voicemail. I tried going on the website to make an appointment and it says to call the store for any available appointments ?.

My dog passed away the day before her appointment. I m still need to pay for the plan after she passed.
For over 12 years, my dog was enrolled in Banfield Morrow's wellness plan (over $54/month) and only ever saw Banfield vets. The plan supposedly offers unlimited visits, but when she needed immediate care, the soonest appointment was 3 weeks away. They suggested using the vet chat instead. I requested to be placed if someone else rescheduled, and luckily, a spot opened in 3 days. Sadly, my dog passed away the day before her appointment.
I've cancelled the wellness plan for all my dogs and spoke with Dr. Jennings. While she was apologetic and assured me they can typically accommodate urgent cases, the scheduling issues are concerning. We love Dr. Jennings, but the significant improvement is needed in front desk staff training regarding handling and scheduling for urgent pet needs.

The Morrow location is nothing like the Smyrna location. It's impossible to make an appointment online or on the app. I called multiple times and left voicemails but finally received a return call two weeks later! By that time, I had already driven 30 miles to the Smyrna location two weeks earlier. So unprofessional and frustrating!

There was a huge disconnect from the phone conversation before the visit and the intake process. As a professional salesperson I respect the sales process, but this was different. I left the office very unsatisfied in less than 10 minutes speaking with the veterinarian, and they wanted to charge me for an office visit.

Dr. Butler is the worst! I called to inquire about my dogs apt from the previous day, and he got offended. Like, sir, you said that my dogs exam was completed when my husband was right next to you and said you did not do any of it besides give her her vaccine shot because you got scared when she lunged at you. Granted, she does have anxiety and did lunge at you while heavily medicated(which you prescribed). I understand taking precautions, but to put on paper that you did a certain job when you did not is a lie and deprived my dog of a complete exam to make sure she is healthy. If she is medicated and has on a muzzle, why wasn't her rectal exam done? "Because I didn't want to irritate her anymore than she was already."-Dr. Butler. I pay a monthly fee for all of her services to be completed fully, regardless of if she is irritated or not. She could not harm you with a muzzle on and medicated. If you are afraid of dogs, this is the wrong field for you. Dr. Butler is a lousy, lazy doctor. I can't wait for my dogs membership to end with them. I will be moving my services to another company that has doctors with integrity and who are willing to listen to their customers. I didn't scream or holler, yet he wanted to TRY to talk smart to me like I'm a child, better yet stupid. (I gathered him all the way together) Do better, Banfield! This is who is representing YOUR company. And I see I'm not the only one who has a problem with him. Look at your reviews about him! I've been with this company for almost 7 years, 3 dogs later! Mt Zion location has truly gone downhill! And don't get me started on the front desk team! A HOT MESS!

Banfield's Morrow location is the absolute best! We have been going to them for over 14 years without ANY problems or complaints. Dr. Jennings, is an angel. The staff are angels, as well. Everyone there makes you feel like family. My dogs get so excited every time we pull up to park. The customers are friendly too. I highly recommend Banfield to all pet owners. You won't regret it. I just love them all and I am so grateful for everything they have done for us.

My pet passed on 1/09/24..From my experience here overall, it's been bittersweet. Dr. Butler and the manager were nice. But the best advice I could give is just to go here for simple treatment, shots, etc. Don't start a wellness plan. Regardless of any outcome, if you want to cancel your plan, Banfield is going to make you pay off the rest of your policy. Even after your pet dies. Banfield=no morals what so ever. Rest In Heaven My Sweet Baby Girl ...

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PETS. They will literally watch your pet die before they do anything. Going home early is more important to them and they flat out tell you that.I been coming to this location for over 8 years, in the past 2 years, you can tell who ever is running this place just doesn’t G.A.F.Front desk could use some customer service classes too. But that’s nor here or there, they are not the ones neglecting your pets, the people inside are.
